He was very informative
He asked what I wanted to know before a surgical procedure; listened; and explained very thoroughly.

Ran over an hour late. Rude and condescending. No bedside manner and no respect for patient confidentiality. Refused to do my procedure after I had already been prepped. Sent home after 2 hrs with no injection. I would leave a negative star rating if available!

I can not understand the negative reviews. I have been his patient for over a decade due to two failed cervical fusions performed by a surgeon who has lost his medical license. I see him to care/refill an internal pain pump &for flare ups. He has never been anything but attentive and compassionate. Yesterday I called his office because of a cervical flare up (numb arms, tingling fingers). I saw him less than 24 hours later at Pres. This has always been my experience with this caring MD.

Dr. Zuniga is rude. He wouldn't listen to my questions regarding my husband's care. He talked over me and hung up on me. Serious God complex.

Horrible Doctor.....I would not recommend him to anyone!! I needed a cervical neck epidural injection and he would not do it. My arm and fingers had been numb and tingling for three weeks and pain was horrific. No bedside manor. He brushed me off on another doctor which was a good thing because other Doctor did what I needed done.

Dr. Zuniga is the head of the pain and spine clinic at Presbyterian. If I could give him a zero, I would. The zero would be for the zero compassion he has for his patients. The zero that he gives his patients for knowing their own conditions and the zero amount of input he receives from his patients regarding their own care. I would never recommend him to another human being.
