Positive experience
I first met Dr. Felsenstein at the OB triage. She gave me and my husband great advice and recommendations. A week later I had to have a procedure done and luckily she was the Dr on call. She explained everything beautifully and took her time with me which I truly appreciated. She performed the procedure flawlessly and gave me great patient care. I just saw her in her office and once again, amazing patient care. She answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything. I wish more doctors gave the same kind of patient care.

I've been a patient of Dr. Felsenstein's for a few years, and she is by far the best gyn I've seen. She takes the time to truly listen to you and get to know you as a patient. She always goes the extra mile to make sure patients feel comfortable, and I really appreciate the time she takes to answer questions at the end of every appointment. Her compassion and expertise make her an outstanding physician. I've also found the staff at her office to be very friendly and accommodating. I would have no hesitations recommending her office to a friend or family member!

Dr Felsenstein was recommended by a friend since my previous gyn doctor retired. Dr Felsenstein was awesome ! She made me feel very comfortable. She is compassionate, a great listener. I am so happy that I found a great doctor! Her staff was accommodating and pleasant as well.

Dr. Felsenstein & her team at Advocare Premiere OB-GYN are an excellent team. Dr. Felsenstien was very meticulous, knowledgeable and caring. At the hospital, she was prompt as well as demonstrated precision in her handling of my delivery. She & her team-Dr. Grossman, Nurse mid-wife Candi, Nurse practioner Kate, and Rebecca at the front desk were a pleasure to deal with. My calls were always responded to promptly and satisfactorily. Thanks Dr. Felsenstein, Dr. Grossman and the entire team!!

Dr. Felsenstein was very thorough during her interview. Her exam was likewise involved. She also called me personally to deliver the results of my ultrasound. Her staff is very welcoming and helpful. I was very pleased to switch to her practice

Dr. Felsenstein is truly the perfect blend of intelligence and compassion. I have seen Dr. Felsenstein several times, including annuals and appointments to deal with post partum depression. She is a great listener, very knowledgeable and thorough, and determined to do whatever she can for you. I would absolutely recommend her to someone looking for a new OB/GYN!

Horrible practice do not go there...they care more about money and liabilities than your actual health. Their medical and clinical interventions are given through their office secretaries, you have to fight to get a provider on the phone. They have made numerous mistakes with my care, wrong prescription instructions, wrong exam results, forced to come in for a procedure I didn't need, and then scare you to go to a ER when your pregnant after an hour of fighting with office secretary to speak to

Dr. Felsenstein was the first doctor to help me in the hospital before I went into labor. She helped with my induction. She is so kind and helpful. She will answer all your questions and she will provide you with the best options for your care.

I am probably what most other Doctors would call a difficult patient;however, Dr. Felsenstein has never made me feel difficult or unwilling to work with my issues. She spent a lot time with me and answered any questions I had during appointments, before and after procedures and most of all, she returns phone calls!!!

I was able to get a timely appointment, complete most of the paperwork beforehand, was taken on time, did not have to wait long in the exam room and Dr. Felsenstein was extremely thorough, sweet and educational. I'm excited to begin a long term relationship with Dr. Felsenstein and her staff!

My experience was more than phenomenal. Dr. Felsenstein is compassionate, easy to talk to, extremely detail oriented, asked questions never asked from my other gynecologist, answered questions that I had and gave me answers and information that allowed me to make more informed decisions. I was at another practice for over 30 years and am thrilled that I made the change. I would without hesitation recommend Dr. Felsenstein.

Patient's husband reporting here: I have never felt more at ease with a physician. Dr. Felsenstein is very personable, and took as much time as she needed to review my wife's history and then took all the time my wife needed having her questions answered. Dr. Felsenstein (and the entire office staff) is personable and very easy-going, but she was more through (according to my wife) than any other GYN she's been to - not an easy balancing act. Very happy she saw Dr. Felsenstein!

I was a new patient today. The staff is very courteous. I came in with new insurance and had not received my new I.D. card in the mail yet, and the person staffing the front desk on intake was kind enough to print out my new I.D. card for me. This was the most painless OB/GYN visit I have ever had. Dr. Felsenstein was very gentle and I did not feel rushed at all. Will definitely be going back.
