Staff was rude and unpleasant. Even on the phone. They’re terribly slow took more than an hour to be seen. They double and triple booked appointment time slots.

I moved back here from Atlanta and had been with my HIV doc for many years. I was lucky to find Dr Ortiz, he listens to my needs always a smile on his and the entire staff at bliss. They are always willing to assist and go above and beyond to make sure you understand and have all the answers. Thank you so much Dr. Ortiz and the entire Staff at Bliss Health you are AMAZING

he is an awesome physician, however I personally feel that he let me down pretty badly....I saw Dr Ortiz for quite a long time at OIC, then I went in one day for my appointment and they sat me down to inform me that he was no longer there, no advance warning or anything. i was set up with another physician at OIC, only to be called the following week and told that the new person had cancelled my appointment and would not be seeing me, Long story story, I have been off my meds now for three month
