Dr. Midian is rude, condescending and acts like she just can't be bothered. I would never go to her again. I feel like I need to get someone else to redo everything she did because of how dismissive she is. I never met a doctor as dismissive as she is. I will never step foot in her practice again! Going to her was the worst decision ever!

I am a senior citizen, drove in the pouring rain amidst grueling traffic for my appointment, and because I walked a little slower from the parking lot to Dr. Midian’s office, arrived 12 minutes late to my appointment. After checking in and waiting, I was curtly informed I had forfeited my appointment by being late. I showed the receptionist my stamped parking ticket which showed an on time arrival, but it was no use. I was rudely informed the doctor was booked back to back and then had to run to a lecture. After holding my ground, a nurse finally came out and said a PA could see me in five hours if I cared to wait. So much for my chronic and uncomfortable health issue which Dr. Midian has been unable to diagnose anyway: I’m off to find a better physician and a more respectful office staff. I’m only sorry there is no category here for “zero stars”.

I arrived 10 minutes early for my scheduled appointment for a colonoscopy. I was told that the doctor was running an hour late. I watched several people whose appointments were scheduled after mine (I asked) be taken back for their colonoscopy. After waiting 2.5 hours (and not eating for over 36 hours) I finally asked nurse Nikki why I had not been called back for my procedure. Nikki’s response was “we move people around all the time” - even people whose appointments were scheduled after mine. You decide if you would want to be treated this way. There are many excellent gastroenterologists in Pittsburgh. Stay away from this doctor and her clinic. Her reviews should be enough to scare anyone away. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of not looking at the reviews until after this very unfortunate incident. Don’t make the same mistake I did!

Dr. Midian could not have been nicer, as she guided me through the process which resulted in me being cured of a potentially life-threatening disease. For decades I had thought that this disease would someday take my life. Dr. Midian saved my life. She made me feel as though I was her only patient. She patiently answered all of my questions, and was available to me throughout the 5 month process. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Midian and her excellent staff. I owe them my life.

This was the worst experience of my life. I want my money back, plus get paid for taking time off from work and driving down here just to waste my time. Not only did this physician blow off my symptoms without even evaluating me, she was very rude and condescending. Just because you have a degree does not mean you should be around patients. Go work at a lab or something. I'm not even coming back to this practice. Also, when I walked into the patient room it reeked of old cigarrets. Yuck

Saw her and her PA in the fall. Not a great team for sure, and the ointment she gave me - well let’s just say it didn’t work and after 2 unanswered calls to the office and MONTHS of suffering I’m going to a different practice. If you aren’t looking for comfort and empathy- go elsewhere!
