My Experience has Always Been Positive
It can be difficult at times to get an appointment as her schedule is always full, but they seem to always get me in when it is important. I have never felt rushed. She hasn’t given up on me even though at times I have. I don’t understand some of the comments others have about the friendliness of the staff as they have always been courteous and professional with me. I don’t want to see any other doctor.

Bedside manner is lacking
Dr. Ober's staff is great but she can has a temper and snapped at my wife during my visit and asked her to leave the exam room when she asked a couple of questions about a new medication she was prescribing for me. My wife has been a nurse of 30 years and I asked her to be there as my advocate and that exchange really made me lose trust and respect for her.

Rude and arrogant
I watched Dr. Ober yell at her staff in front of me and then blame them for her lack of preparation for my visit. Not a caring doctor, very unprofessional, and just focused on getting you out the door.

Terrible bedside manner
Dr. Ober may be smart but she is also rude and condescending. I don't care to be talked down to or insulted by my doctor. I was a patient of hers for almost 4 years and paid $2000/year for her concierge service but that was a total rip-off as her office staff is just as rude as she is. I just switched docs and couldn't be happier. Save you time and money and go somewhere else

Highly likely
I found her to be open to listening to me explain how I treat my chronic illnesses. A big change from past providers. She addressed my concerns about certain medications in a way I could understand. It was all in all a pleasant visit.

I love that she’s focused on health and health care. I prefer a doctor that can steer me towards a great lifestyle, not one that solves health problems strictly through big pharma

She is only interested in easy patients already in good health. If you have complicated issues she will send you a letter stating you no longer fit her practice model and refuse to see you any longer.
