Lack of attentiveness or timely care
In the past 2 years, there's been a decline in this Dr's response to major health threats. I had to call test centers myself and push for action. It was cancer. 2 of her medical assistants claimed to be nurses or above on the phone and in person, but were giving medical advice. The Dr has shown a decline in ability to accurately diagnose, treat and respond to serious conditions and medication side effects. She doubled a medication dose resulting in an ER visit & subsequent hospitalization. She's shown a lack of empathy, appropriate action, treatment and follow through on dangerous side effects of medications reported directly to her & via the pt portal. She's sent the wrong dose of a medication to the pharmacy on several occasions. When asking her direct questions regarding medical conditions or treatment, she answered with 'I don't know' 4 times at a recent appointment. Very concerning

I saw Dr. Brewer in November,2019, Same Caring, Committed, Concerned, Informative Professional Attitude as the first appointment in 2011,(I think it's the correct year).I Appreciate Her Warm Insistence and Obvious Knowledge of some issues as an older person ( should be or need to be) aware of . THANK YOU DR. BREWER?????

I have been seeing Dr. Brewer for years now. The first 2 years everything was great, but when I began having painful, daily IBS symptoms (I am young and eat healthy) she was very dismissive and acted like I was overreacting and an inconvenience for her, and she was either unwilling or not knowledgeable about other alternatives besides probiotics. Overall, very unhappy. She's only "good" at annual exams, totally different MD for problem visits. I am better now, but not because of her.

When Dr. Brewer went on maternity leave as a patient I was left in the dark. No one knew anything about my refills. I had to go to a different doctor to get it straightened out. I found this very unprofessional. Once she returned her schedule was so busy you could not even get in.
