'I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. James the entire team. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The staff is incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive, ensuring every step of the process is seamless.Dr. James is truly outstanding—highly knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient. They took the time to explain my treatment options thoroughly and addressed all my questions with care. From the time one enters the reception area of Dr. James office, one is greeted with her very friendly staff. The waiting area is always clean and quiet. When one's name is called to see Dr. James, the nurse is pleasant and greets one with a warm smile. One feels comfortable waiting for the doctor to enter. Dr. James is always professional, caring and listens to one's concerns. She is gentle as she examines, explains her observations and recommends a treatment. How fortunate one is to have Dr. James as their dermatologist!

I have know Dr. Robyn James for since 2001. I value her services and rate her excellent. She is truly concerned with you health. If you need extensive treatment she does not hesitate to refer you to a colleague. I have recommended serval of my family members to her. My husband, Everett, son Everett Jr., my mother, Leola Davenport and sister, Leonice Davenport. She has always been polite, caring, concerned make sure you know what your skin problems are and how she is going to help you recover or handle your situation.

It was a very thorough examination. Making suggestions and changes was very helpful.

Dr. James has been my dermatologist for more than 25 years! During my last visit, we talked about changes in my current medications that would help improve the skin on my face. We also talked about touching up my sunscreen during the day: I'm willing to make changes to improve my health! I am grateful for her knowledge as a physician and her compassion as a health care provider!

Wait time (very important for me) was respectful and in keeping with the scheduled appointment! Dr. James is always pleasant, reassuring, skilled in diagnosing and treatment. I highly recommend this dermatologist.

It was refreshing to be seen, listened to, and cared for after years of being ignored, gaslit, and pretty much refused care. This place is amazing and Dr. James is a godsend.

Dr. James provides a very thorough examinations in any concerns you bring to her attention and provide informative and clear explanations a patient can understand without fear and provide a solution that will work to the very best of her abilities. My mom and I came to her clinic very concerned with my issues but left her clinic hopeful and well informed. My mom had been Dr. James loyal patient for 20+ years!

I have been seeing Dr. James for years, and for different issues. I will always trust her with my health. She listens to her patients, and provides excellent care/treatment.

I loved Dr. James! However, the office staff and environment was difficult to navigate during my visit. There system/WIFI was down, but there was no back-up plan for maintaining the office system to ensure patients didn't feel neglected. There was an extremely long wait time, and it seemed that the office staff weren't coordinated with each other to prepare for this issue that happened although they mentioned it has been happening consistently. I think a plan in place would prevent patients from also feeling overwhelmed. Overall, I love the staff and Doctor, just an unfortunate first time visit in which I may not return.

The office staff and the check in process was very simple and modern .

I was seen and paid another doctor, and was recommended to Dr. James by that doctor. So I called to set appointment with Dr. James, for the penny sized cyst to be cut out/drained. The staff was friendly. My understanding was that the work would be done on that visit. (I was Specific asking that the work would be done that day.) ...So I set the appointment. Dr. James looked at me, about 20 - 30 seconds. She told me that she didn't have time to do the work. That is what the appointment was for? She recommended me to Another doctor, and that I will be charged for the visit with her also. Dr. James staff told that they would call me to set up the appointment with the 3rd doctor. This has been about a week now, and have not gotten a phone call yet from Dr. James staff setting up the 3rd appointment yet. Again... This 3rd appointment is supposed to be for the work to be done. That is what I was told by the staff, again...

The doctor and the staff treated me well, with dignity and compassion and respect.

My experience in the waiting room good. The receptionists were polite, professional and very helpful. They gave good eye contact and made me feel welcome. Dr. James and her asst. were excellent!! The treatment and care I received on a scale of 1 - 10, I rate a 10!
