Very rushed yearly checkup
Dr. A came in, very friendly, very nice, I could tell right away she was very rushed. I told her about some things I have been dealing with and she gave me a generic answer and said she would refer me somewhere else. She rushed through the pap smear, she talked about me being young and how hormone therapy was out of the questions for my symptoms and did not allow me to talk about my symptoms. I remember leaving very disappointed because I was left with many unanswered questions and thinking I had never in my 37 years I’ve been this rushed before. 2 days later I get a phone call from the hospital asking me to come back because the pap smear was expired. I showed up again on Monday for them to this very invasive procedure again due to her negligence and hurried manner. I get a message saying I owe $110. I called billing and the office of doctor Allison was charging me for two visits. I do not mind to pay for services that were PROVIDED, Dr. Allison failed to provide any kind of SERVICE.

Terrible experience
I’m writing on behalf of my mother who is limited in the English language. She says this was the worse doctor she ever had. Constantly made her feel guilty for being smoker and not providing more than one option medicine to quit smoking which didn’t work out well. Yet the doctor wanted her to quit on her own without another option for medication. She also made remarks about my mom’s weight in a funny way being that my mother was under certain medications which affected her weight and the doctor herself is a bit overweight. My mom says she is so happy to never see this doctor again because she put her down emotionally when a doctor should do the opposite. I finally convinced her to change her PCP. She is very happy with her new doctor who is very caring and professional and she is on her way to quit smoking.

Staff does not verify the insurance
Worst experience with the clinic. Their staff did not verify the insurance and told me they take the insurance. I have provided all the information of insurance and did confirm when the clinic about the coverage. I was given the appointment over a month after and when I showed up for my appointment I was told that the insurance is not covered for my primary care visit. They surely don't confirm with the insurances. I wasted over a month time and now have to find another doctor and have to wait again.

Dr. Rocio Allison: Amazing and Outstanding Doctor
My wife and I are Senior Citizens. I am almost 80 years old. Both of us have Dr. Allison as our primary care doctor. First time in my adult life that I have a female doctor as my primary care doctor. Thanks to my wife, I took a chance, and I will never regret it! My preconception was that I would rather have a male doctor and never a female one. I was wrong! Why? Let me start by stating what I need and want in a doctor. I need and want a doctor that listen to me, that shows a sincere and honest empathy towards me and is always trying to do the best for the me (the patient). Also, very important: Dedication and love for the career of being a doctor! In short, I have defined Dr. Allison with these, my words. Must add that we not only immensely respect and trust her, and she is a friend with a great heart. Male seniors: Go with Dr. Allison as your primary care doctor!

Dr Allison is one the worst physicians I have ever seen. She does not listen and is very dismissive, inattentive and quick to write a prescription. She insisted on keeping me on a prescription in which one of the known side effects was rendering me immobile. I was told to continue taking the prescription over two years and with total disregard to how the medicine was adversely affecting me. I have recently found a doctor who listens and am not wasting my time and money any longer. I would strongly advise against seeing Dr Rocio Allison.

Dr. Allison Is a wonderful doctor (she’s my moms doctor) but my mom has been trying to get prescriptions filled since November, and we have still been yet to fill it. Called her nurse once again this morning and she said she would call right back, and haven’t heard back from her yet, and still no refill. She has been out of her diabetes medicine since Dec. 21, 2019

I have found Dr. Allison to be efficient, cautious, investigative, and knowledgeable. She is easy to communicate with and takes the time to listen to answers she asks of your feelings, ailments, and concerns. She and her staff saved my life...wheel chairing me to ER where I spent the next six weeks in ICU and recovery. The level of professionalism in Rocio's practice is superb if not superior to any other I have had over the last 71 years.

Dr. Allison is money driven. And will not even listen to what you want to get done if insurance won't pay. I went to her for back pain and get a prescription for an MRI. She said she can't and has to follow procedure so I said OK. She said for insurance to cover it I need to first get asics shoes for a month and see if the pain is gone. If not xray and pain killers are next. If that does not help then MRI and she will pick chiropractor. I end up going to another doctor and had 2 ruptured disks.

Dr. Allison is very professional and caring. I visit her recently, she took the time to listen, and make recommendations about vitamins I shoul take, also explained the importance of certain test, and her office personal called me right back with the results of the test. It’s good that she gave me a summary of my visit findings in writing for my records. Also I find very helpful that you can schedule your appointments online. Her office is decorated with beautiful pictures of nature. Thank you?

I RECENTLY SWITCHED OVER TO THIS PHYSICIAN AND IT IS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! DOCTOR AND STAFF ARE BOTH UNCARING MONEY LOATHING PEOPLE. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THEIR CARE. DOCTOR NEVER GAVE ME THE TIME OF DAY DURING PATIENT EXAMS. TREATED ME LIKE I WAS UN-INTELLIGENT. SCHEDULING APPOINMENTS OR SPEAKING WITH SOMEONE IN THE OFFICE HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE BECAUSE THEY NEVER ANSWER. THE NURSES ARE RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. MY MEDICATION HAS NOT BEEN REFILLED IN WEEKS AND I HAVE CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES. BEWARE!!!!

Horrible service..Dr.Allison is very money minded.During my physical I had couple of concerns that I wanted to discuss with her,[which were not urgent but i wanted to get her advise]. She refused to discuss them as according to her, Insurance would not pay for it.I was told to make another appt.to discuss my concern so the insurance can pay for her two minutes.Does not care for patients concern & comfort. She took less than 5 minutes for my physical for which she got paid well.
