Having issues with the office and listened to
I’ve been going to the doctor for the last eight years. I hate it , except for the fact of the matter that I have had my appointments canceled and rescheduled without permission or just canceled and not told about it and then there’s also the issue of the matter of the fact that they were supposed to refill my prescription on my last appointment and then decided that they did not want to do that because I was only doing TeleMed because I do not like driving by myself because of how brittle of a diabetic, I am, I will be fine One minute and then out of nowhere I have a low that is so major I cause a accident and I don’t feel comfortable driving up there so I only go out there once every year for the TeleMed visits to be able to like actually get seen I had been to be seen and they still would not give me my prescription which is something I absolutely need I also just recently left state and don’t have my prescription because the prescription was never sent

Great doctor, impossible staff
Dr. Harbison is great but it is impossible to communicate with her office as no one ever answers the phones. It took me over a week to get a prescription sent to a pharmacy after a doctor’s visit. Additionally, the office staff will not communicate test results for over a week after they are available. You can leave messages but they are never answered or returned. I’m sad to say that I will be finding a new doctor because this office needs new management and I have seen Dr. Harbison for years.

I have been going to Dr. Harbison's office for over a year and am very pleased with the provided care. She has brought my A1C down to 6.0 and continues to assist me in keeping my A1C in a normal range.

Dr. Harbison and her NP are great however the office staff leave much to be desired. They were rude didn't take time to listen, put on hold numerous times. Then to top it all off I was hung up on numerous times. Took me 8-10 times calling and being hung up on that I was able to talk to someone. And then the lady was nonchalant like she didn't know what I was talking about. Time for a new Dr.

Dr Harbison is a fabulous, energetic, honest, and caring physician. She takes the time with her patients and will stay with you until a plan is made. Her staff is awesome as well. I would recommend her to anyone. As a matter of fact, my husband was referred to her by his doctor and myself.

Dr. Harbison is like those doctors of the past that really listen and care for her patients. She attacks your disease in a way that you feel you have a chance of winning against the mightiest of foes. Her excitement in waging war to restore your health is contagious. I am not one who believes in Devine intervention, but suffice it to say that prior to seeing her I felt helpless and hopeless and those are not feelings that I am familiar with. Today, I am myself again.

I was very pleased with the care that Dr. Harbison gave me. I was reluctant to go to a woman doctor but still tried it because of all her positive reviews. She made me feel very comfortable and also her staff. It's nice to know that you can find someone so reliable and caring for her patients. My wife will start going to her as well. A bit of a wait for new patient appointments but so worth it!

I do not recommend Dr. Harbison at all. She is not attentive to her patients needs and put my health at risk. I am a diabetic. her office staff on several occasions has been less than truthful.
