Was at my appointment for FMLA paperwork. The resident worked me up. Dr. Mattson came into the room. He refused to fill in FMLA paperwork. Stated to me, " I am not filling out paperwork so you can just not work when you are having a bad day". Have had intermittent FMLA for many years. Out of 480 hours last year, I only used 40 hours. Yes, I really abuse that one. He judged me without knowing me at all. Came into the room, arms crossed. Not friendly at all. Refused to allow me to talk about it.
