FRONT OFFICE IS A HUGE PROBLEM
The doctor might be ok, not sure. I don't feel he does enough investigation into symptoms or orders proper labs unless you specifically ask. THE FRONT OFFICE IS RUDE, THEY ARE THE MAIN PROBLEM. It is impossible to ever get anyone on the phone even during office hours when they say they are available and then when you do get someone they put you on hold forever! Dr. Daniel may be ok but just getting to the point of seeing him is not worth the hassle!

Waste of time
My orthopedic doctor referred me here after multiple labral tears to confirm my body isn't attacking my joints. Scheduling was bizarre, called to schedule and she took my number from caller id and said she would call back, i heard back 3 days later. I didnt let that deter me, as I realize everyone is short staffed. Front desk girl just as rude in person as on phone. Doctor seemed nice but uninterested in my appt almost as if I was a bother. As soon as he walked in he said, "you have fibromyalgia", then he said "theres nothing wrong with you" and that MDs refer pts that don't need to see him. Trust me i didnt want to be there either nor do i want to have something wrong with me. He talked about storm and the rain outside a few times. He also said just bc my mom has psoriatic arthritis, doesn't mean I have an autoimmune disorder. I had a few labs from previous years and he said that was convincing enough for him and ordered NOTHING. I should have read reviews before going.

He was able to take what other specialist had each diagnosed and pull it together to help me understand what was wrong

The first visit I had with this doctor, after talking, he said, “I’m so sick of doctors telling people they have lupus.” He did some spot checks on joints and said I probably have fibro, which I have also been diagnosed with. He said I probably don’t need to be taking Plaquenil and so I didn’t bother getting a refill. Anyway jumping ahead now, over a year, and I am sicker than I have ever been in a terrible flare and still looking for a good rheumatologist. By his decision this whole situation began all because I stopped taking the Plaquenil that protects your organs. My lungs and heart are so bad right now plus my brain is being effected. I’m just sharing my experience. That’s all. I’m not doing this to be vindictive. I just want people to know what I continue to experience because of this doctors inappropriate, inaccurate decision. Oh, after I got my blood results and went back for a follow up he came in the room and said, “You have Lupus!”

Honest, brilliant, awesome, not enough adjectives to describe him. Happy that he’s my rheumatologist.

I have been his patient since he first started his practice. He was the only MD to get the fibromyalgia under control. He’s also gotten me off infusions and on one pill for my severe RA. He’s shy but knows his stuff. I love my doctor.

My mom who is 88-years-old has seen him three times for pain on her knees. He is well mannered, kind and respectful towards her. I go with my mom to all her medical appointments and have noticed that there is a tendency by some doctors to ignore her perhaps because she is old, hard of hearing and has limited English language skills. My mom is very alert and very involved in her care. Dr. Daniel respects this.

I felt he made a preconceived dx based on a quick physical exam (maybe made the dx prior to the exam and lead with questions to justify). I have a bigger concern that includes his dx as a comorbidity. I demonstrated documentable physical anomalies that are part of a larger genetic syndrome that has recently been recognized by the NIH as a serious multi-dicipline systemic disease. He may have noted the anomalies but didn't address this more serious likely cause of most of my medical issues.

Friendly, but ultra conservative and closed-minded. Not aware of latest research on Fibromyalgia and does not believe in Lyme Disease. Might go to him for conditions where treatment has not changed in decades, but not those two. No pain relief for either agonizing condition will be found here either.

Dr. Daniel is very confident about what he is saying and doing and it makes the visit very comfortable for me. I appreciate his blunt approach to answering questions. No sugar coating in there and in my opinion that is for the better. If you want to be babied and coddled, I don't think he would be right for you, but if you like a straight to the point approach, he's your man.
