The best ever!
If you are looking for the best, you need to stop here! There will never be a disappointment with Dr Rohrich. He and his staff are amazing. All the way from the front desk to recovery and continued healing at the hotel. I am an older woman and I did not want to appear like I was trying to be 20 or 30. And he did exactly as I asked. No one can believe that I am my age. That's the result I was after. Some celebrities don't even look like themselves after they've had surgery. I never wanted that to happen and it didn't. Dr Rohrich can be trusted emphatically!

Best plastic surgeon!!
Dr. Rod Rohrich, a plastic surgeon based in Dallas, Texas, is truly exceptional. I had been told by my own doctor, whom I trust implicitly, that Dr. Rohrich was the plastic surgeon to go to for what I needed done. I already knew, therefore, that he was a great surgeon, but what impressed me the most at my first meeting with him was his communication skills; Dr. Rohrich understood my goals and provided feedback in a clear, friendly and respectful manner. I was able to convey to him the results that I wanted to achieve, without feeling rushed. Dr. Rohrich has both the exceptional skills of a plastic surgeon and the eye of an artist. His staff is exceptional as well; they are attentive, caring and efficient, from the medical to the administrative staff. Every member of his staff reflects his remarkable high standards and his attention to detail. The facilities are beautiful as well, assisting recovery in a peaceful, spotless environment. I was ecstatic with the results. Highly recommend!

Specialist revision surgeon
Dr. Rod Rohrich is a top-tier revision surgeon in my book !!!! His skill in working with patients who have undergone 3-5 revisions in the past and his ability to harmonize and maintain a natural structural nose sets him different category!!During my search to find a nose revision specialist in the USA, I came across Dr. Rod Rohrich. As a Hispanic male with thick skin, I want to preserve a masculine appearance of my nose. Dr. Rohrich fix my bulbous and droopy nose and was able to harmonize my nose despite scar tissue. Truly amazing outcome !

Natural results and great experience
Dr Rohrich is so personable and communicative. He is honest and won't do a procedure if he feels it not in his patient's best interest. The results are natural. He did my facelift and two of my friends. My husband (who I would never believe would even want plastic surgery!) had a neck lift but Dr. Rohrich was the only surgeon he would even consider. His results were amazing and beyond expectations as was my facelift. His staff is so friendly. It's actually fun to visit with them. Beyond that, it's the results that matter and I would never hesitate to recommend Dr. Rohrich.

Wouldn’t change a thing!
Dr Rohrich has performed 3 surgeries for me and each one turned out perfectly. He is attentive and gives you what you ask for whilst maintaining expectations. It’s evident he truly cares and takes pride in what he does. He is a 5 star surgeon and so is his staff. I couldn’t recommend him more highly!

Artist & Masterful Surgeon
Dr. Rohrich is a true artist and masterful surgeon! I had an eye & face lift 8 years ago and never could see any of the stitches. Very natural looking. Recently had an arm lift and am experiencing the same positive results. Both he and his staff are top notch and professional. Highly recommend!

An Artist and Compassionate Doctor
After massive weight loss, I sought out Dr Rohrich to help me achieve the body on the outside that I feel on the inside. He outlined this next journey in my transformation explaining all of the procedures I would need to accomplish the body contouring that I wanted. He listened to my biggest concerns and made a plan to resolve those things first. Now at the end of this journey, I can’t be more happy. He has an amazing eye and gave me exactly what I wanted and needed. Not only does he do amazing work, he is with you for every minute of your after care. He does frequent post surgery checks, and even provides his personal cell if you have any questions or issues. And I can attest, he answered every question I had and called me promptly even after hours and on holidays. His staff is equally as attentive. I never waited long and they always answered any questions I had quickly. It is refreshing to see a doctor’s office run with such efficiency.

Dr. Rod is such an outstanding surgeon, I got a rhinoplasty done by Him a few weeks ago and I am extremely grateful for his amazing talent!No pain, no bruises AT ALL and my nose already looks amazing. It is definitely true when everybody says that He is the best surgeon in the USA (and probably in the world) All I can say is thank you for your great talent, your kindness and for being such a phenomenal surgeon!

Surpassed All Expectations
After breaking my nose as a child, two surgeries removed most of my cartilage. Over time, the nose collapsed and the remaining cartilage had fallen into my nostril. My nose lacked definition and my nostrils were too prominent. Another leading surgeon recommended Dr. Rohrich as one of three surgeons in the world with the skillset to use the cadaver tissue needed to rebuild my nose from stratch. He restored the orignal shape, looks like my nose, fits my face perfectly and is completely natural. He is an artist and a uniquely talent surgeon. A. Swanson

Terrible rhinoplasty
I received revision rhinoplasty surgery on the 27th of Feb. My primary reason for the surgery was to correct my breathing and help reduce my frequent sinus infections. Before the surgery, I discussed clearly with him my three main concerns. First, there was cartilage showing at the top of my nose. Second, my deviated septum was impacting my breathing. And third, my nostrils were uneven. Additionally, before the surgery I made it clear to him I didn?t mind if he made the nose bigger if it helped my ability to breathe. Without my consent, he performed an alarplasty on the sides of my nose. I could tell my nostrils were smaller and my nose more narrow post-surgery, so I set up time with him to discuss the results. Post-operation, he told me he removed three millimeters of skin on one nostril and four millimeters on the other side. The result is my nose now has no flare, it?s narrower on my face and the breathing holes are actually smaller.

Simply the BEST rhinoplasty surgeon!
Dr. Rohrich did tertiary rhinoplasty on me after failed results from 2 other doctors. It was very complicated, but Dr. R gave me the most beautiful, natural looking nose possible. He basically gave me my life back and I am forever grateful.

A True Artist!!!
Highly recommended! Dr. Rohrich is a phenomenal surgeon!! It’s been almost 10 months since my rhinoplasty, U/L eyes, FaceTite with neck liposuction and facial fat augmentation. Outstanding results that I love so much! Also, I had a hard lump under each tear trough from 8 year old permanent filler, previously injected by another surgeon, that Dr. Rohrich was able to excise. He did an outstanding job and my family and friends are amazed how great it looks! Thank You Letty for removing my splint/sutures and taking great care of me! Thank You so much Dr Rohrich!!!!!

Best Plastic Surgery Experience
My name is Andrea. I recently had a neck lift and upper eyes . My experience is the very Best Plastic Surgery experience in my life out of many where I went to Beverly Hills and had numerous problems and very poor service overall! The quality of treatment from start to end was Top Notch with Dr. Rohrich. I am so pleased with Dr Rohrichs work. He is definitely a role model for other Plastic Surgeons and his warm , disarming demeanor is simply amazing. I must also say his staff were Great and very helpful and hospitable! They could really teach Beverly Hills a thing or two . I highly recommend this wonderful Dr. He is a 10/10 through and through! Thank you Dr Rohrich!
