If I could leave a negative 5 star rating I would.
He does not care to answer questions or explain anything. He is ready for you just to leave and not ask anything. He doesn’t go over options for treatment he just automatically prescribed medication. And later I told him I was concerned because she was experiencing side effects and he said well medication has side effects and I told him if he could lower the dosage or change it and he said well thats what I prescribe. He is very dismissive. Save yourself the headache and have your children receive the correct treatment that they deserve.

Excellent skills & child interaction w/autism
I used to watch him carefully have children sit in a circle and sit on the floor with them and give The child and parents his undivided attention. Wonderful staff too. A+++

Rude closed early
I called and the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and dismissive I haven't even gone to an appointment yet and treated terribly

Dr. Fierro sees my two children, I have never had a problem getting an issue resolved whether it's a prescription, a referral or anything else. Dr. Fierro always takes his time addressing my concerns and he answers all of my questions.

He is not interested in the well being of your child. Dr. Fierro wants to push meds on your child and if you refuse he will be rude and say he will not be your neurologist. Has no ethics. Go else where. Just refuse meds and see what happens. You been warned.

I would not recommend him at all. I am currently looking for a new doctor for my daughter. He is rude, doesn’t listen to anything you say and just wants to throw any med out there. I’m over his staff as well. They are slow and very rude. Take it from me DO NOT bring your children to him.

Condescending, rude and fails to really investigate/research patients diagnosis. He was reading about my daughter’s diagnosis off the internet and referring to online images because he hadn’t even seen her MRI. Travel, network, do whatever you need to do to take your child to another dr. I wouldn’t recommend this dr to my worst enemy. He’s awful! Truly does not care about his patients.

Not well organized from Doctor to staff, staff seem to be lost, take long for prescription(s), referals, appointments, etc. Was told short on staff. On my last appointment was not informed of referral to some specialist or when visit will be. Three weeks later went to picked up the progress report that was suppose to be handed to me on that day. Now I have to call office to schedule the 6 month follow up appointment and get the referal to some specialist.
