Staff was very nice at first. Problems with certain staff members. Wouldn’t mind there own business. Problems were mainly upstairs in treatment center. Receptionist treated patients like children. And then 2 other nurses started causing trouble. Had problems down stairs with receptionist. What ever happened to the massage therapist/psychiatrist?????

Dr Roger Billica MD is extraordinarily talented, intelligent and compassionate. If you have difficult to figure out health challenges, I cannot think of a better physician to trust with your care. I’m not sure I would still be here without him. Highly recommended!!

I herald Dr R Billica as one to the top physicians in the country. He is committed to each of his patients and willing to work through very complex issues. His expertise comes from understanding the body beginning with the DNA through to environmemtal factors. His clinical experience and ongoing education and collaboration keep him on the cutting edge. My family’s journey back to health after chronic Lyme, coinfections and CIRS is is due to his compassionate care. Forever grateful!

I have been seeing Dr. Roger Billica for 1 1/2 years. He has helped me through my cancer treatment by providing adjunct support and his efforts made the chemo less debilitating. He is a very attentive, kind and caring doctor who has extensive knowledge to treat a variety of difficult cases. He is accommodating to all his patients and tries to find solutions to meet everyone's needs. I have been so happy with his care that I am now bringing my teenage son to him for treatment.

Dr. Billica is not accommodating to a person with a disability using a Service dog. He rudely asked this person if she really needed the service dog because he could not have the dog in the office because of people with allergies. Of course she does. He does not understand that all his patients deserved to have accommodations made for them, not just the ones he chooses. He also boast that his office is allergen free however anyone can walk in off the street, so how is that allergen fr

Dr. Billica and staff are challenged daily by people who have struggled with illnesses that may not have been treatable by mainstream ways--that fits our situation. Though we were scared about his alternative methods, and the expense, our daughter has healed from Lyme Disease. The treatment took time and pushed all of our comfort levels, but it was successful. 1 yr. later,we have someone back who was lost, who was fatigued, who was sore, who had memory loss, who had lost hope. She is free again.

I went to Dr. Bilica for cancer. He really never looked into why my immune system was jeopardized. He prescribed expensive tests. My acupuncturist turned my health around by focusing on health of my GI tract which was full of candida and parasites and I had a major mal-absorption issue and leaky gut. Dr. Bilica never even suggested this.

Dr Billica saved my life! I had Lyme disease for all of my adult life (I am almost 50 now) and had been to many doctors with nothing but general diagnosis and drugs. Thankfully, Dr Billica diagnosed and treated it correctly and I am now happy and healthy!

Dr. Billica told me I had chronic lyme disease, and prescribed me VERY expensive UV/Ozone IV treatments - I was very poor, a student at the time, but was very ill and desperate to feel better. I found out later that I had a number of autoimmune conditions, and not chronic Lyme disease, and that the treatment I was sold ( 1000$ over 2 months) was not clinically proven to be effective for anything at all. Do NOT let this man do this to you.
