Absolute Best
I’ve been seeing Dr. Guillemette for many years, I truly don’t think there’s a better PCP in my area! He accepted my girls even though his practice was closed to new patients and they both love him. He’s ALWAYS on time which is almost unheard of in the medical field and he’s like talking to an old friend who listens to every word you speak. He’s in a large practice but it runs very efficiently so you’re taken back quickly and his medical assistant is always on top of things and so nice. From start to finish I can’t say enough about this practice and Dr. G, I’m so grateful to have such a great doctor.

I appreciate Dr. Guillementte.
Dr. Guillemette has been my physician for 20 years. I like how when he sees you, he doesn't make you feel like you're a nuisance. He spends time and listens. He also has a good sense of humor, so it is not terrible to go see the doctor. His office is good at getting you in and you don't have to wait long.

Website needs to be updated. As of today it says he is accepting new patients but when you call the office I was told he was not. I was caller # 2 the first time I called and got disconnected in the middle of my call. The lady I was speaking to was trying to see if my name came up in the system. When I called back I was #9. I got what I would call a very rude man that has no customer service skills. He was not willing to see if my name would come up in the system. Use to be a patient of Roger Guillemette years ago and he was a very good doctor and that is why I was trying to make an appointment with him. I would recommend the doctor if he was taking new patients but not impressed with the office help.

I cannot stress how wonderful the care has been over the years. No matter when I call regarding an illness, I can always get into the office, and once in the office the wait-time has never been more than 15 minutes. The staff is professional and friendly. I have and will continue to recommend.
