I went to Dr. Hansen when I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. I would definitely recommend Dr. Hansen and his staff to anyone needing cancer treatment. He was an awesome doctor. He and his nursing staff always took such good care of me during my Brachytherapy treatments. He was always available for any questions that I might have. I’m now cancer free. He continues to follow up with me for the next 12 months.

Dr. Hansen is by far one of the Best. His great explanation of my cancer gave me hope that I could recover and gave me the confidence and strength to face the challenge of treatment. Dr. Hansen and his staff have been wonderful from the time of my initial visit, through all my cancer treatments and through my followup visit. Dr. Hansen has a calming beside manner that puts you at ease. He was very thorough in his description of my condition. the treatments that I would receive, side effects, what to expect after the treatments and what to expect during recovery. he always took time to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Hansen for treating any cancer needs.

I highly recommend Dr. Roger S. Hansen for his treatment of my prostate cancer. His care was superb, as was his followup. I was diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer in April of 2018 and soon after began Tomotherapy and Brachytherapy treatments which continue until August. My PSA reading 3 months later, 28 Nov was only 0.04 and 28 Feb 2019 was only 0.10. I am extremely pleased with the treatments rendered and the results.

Dr. Hansen and the staff of GammaWest are, in my experience, the very best. Dr. Hansen is a true expert in his field and combines that with sincerity, compassion and in understanding what his patients are experiencing. Each of the staff has similar characteristics and all personnel are willing to take the time necessary to ensure questions are fully answered and concerns are assuaged. Wonderful people!!!

Great doctor! Intelligent and bright! Explained in detail the procedure and has been seeing my father since he was diagnosed for pre-op and post op. When I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Prostate Cancer in February 2017 with a Gleason Score of 9/10, I was told by my urologist that it was one of the worst cases of aggressive cancer he had seen and recommended I have my prostate removed immediately. I decided to look for other options. I found Dr. Hansen who has been a godsend! He is very compassionate, explains everything and most of all is the best at what he does! Today 6 months post treatment, my PSA is near zero and I feel 100%

Dr. Hansen is great. When I was first diagnosed with breast cancer, he sat down with me and thoroughly explained what he looked for to see if I was a candidate for the Brachy Therapy for Breast Cancer. He answered all my questions and everything went just as planned. All the people from Dr. Hansen's office that I have worked with have been super friendly and helpful in my journey.

Dr. Hansen helped me, to make what I think was one of the most important an difficult decisions in my life! Thanks to him I am 18 months PSA cancer free. When I needed his advice the most he had the time to talk to me, even when he was go through some bad health times with one of his own family members. In my estimation he is a great Doctor and a wonderful human being.

Exceptional Doctor and staff. The most caring, understanding, determined Doctor that I have ever met. I would recommend Dr. Hansen and the staff at Gamma West. They are very professional and explained the options for fighting cancer. The treatments went well and the follow up has been excellent. Dr. Hansen is always available if I have any questions. Going through a cancer diagnosis is a scary thing, but the staff does everything they can to help you through your treatment and follow up care. Thank You!
