You are simply a paycheck to this office. Very little care is given to your needs, your own thoughts or hopes of how to treat your condition (including less invasive alternatives) are not considered. If you question what they say, ask questions to further understand, or ask for more information before agreeing to a procedure, you are deemed a "difficult patient" and eventually told that they will no longer treat you. It's disgusting how cookie cutter they treat their patients. Such a disservice

Dr.Roger Ng most exceptional and would highly recommend. His focus is most notable to your specific issue and his detailed yet clearly understandable knowledge is most refreshing and his humbleness admirable. Ease of attaining appointments is also remarkable. This physician rates A plus in all regards!!

Dr. Ng treats you like a slab of beef. He never makes eye contact with the patient just types away every word that you say verbatim. After that, he offers a stupid suggestion, that had he listened...he would have known that his suggestion was "scripted" and extremely condescending. When PAIN is your is specialty, compassion should be one of your traits!! Right from the front desk there is a terrible vibe at that office. Even the staff seems miserable.

They are rude and obnoxious. Sarah Lokken and Dr. Ng have no personality or any knowledge with pain management. They fail to explain anything on your condition. Go elsewhere like so many others have done.

I have been a long time patient. I have never missed an appointment and often comes early and still experiences a 16-30 minute wait. Today my appointment was 3:45. I traveled over an hour to get to my appointment. I arrived at the window to check in at 4:00, the assistant looked at the clock before she made eye contact with me. She sat their for a few minutes then decided to go out back to ask Sarah she says if she was willing to see me, the response I received was she in her way out the door

Dr. Ng is condescending, abrupt, does not listen and takes no concern for his patients. His office staff is just as bad. They're rude, incompetent, uneducated and unorganized. Avoid this office at all costs.
