The office administration failed 4 times managing the date information for two different procedures.1. They set both procedures for the same date and supposedly corrected them.2. I checked again a week earlier and with attitude they confirmed that the dates (one week apart (a. 9 of the month b. 16 of the month) were correct and that they would call the 6th of the month to establish the arrival date of the first procedure on day 9.3. On the 6th of the month they never called and the prescription that was due on the 6th had been purchased. (And it can't be returned) .4. On day 9 of the procedure they didn't call either.5. I called on the 9th of the month and they had the procedures for next month, another mistake.6. No apologies or resolutions on the part of the office.7. Lost expenses and medications for two procedures.8. That's the patient being alert and not being medicated, imagine when they medicate you and you can't be corroborating information and being older adults.

3 times coming to this medical office. And each time you have to wait at least 2 hours MORE that your schedule meeting "". Then they never answer the phone, and they still have the audacity to say that is okay. Nah,
