Dr. Ridgeway is a very nice guy and easy to talk to I wiould definitely recommend him IF it wasn’t for his office staff! These ladies are absolutely atrocious! Dr. Ridgeway called in a prescription for me, I needed additional information for my insurance. After a week of calling his office, I finally received a call back and of course everything was my fault. My favorite line was when the office lady said “I gots 24 huuurs befo I will call you beck”????

I took the" short" cut their employee told me to take and it took longer than my gps. I was 11 minutes late and they said I was 30 minutes late. I thought the Dr. waited to help people, but I guess helping people is not important to him. If I could give a negative 5 stars I would!!!!!

Genuinely caring doctor. I never feel rushed in his office. He is very open and honest with any questions I have, and is very laid back and non-intimidating which made it easy for me to open up to him. I've never felt judged here (unlike other places I've been) and he listens to what I say and follows up with it during our following appointments. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Ridgeway.
