Had an appt for 3:00. After waiting in line on the sidewalk just to talk to the boy with the clipboard, I learned that the wait would be two hours. Nope. I’m old enough that I don’t do that any more. Turned around and left.

My visit was to remove a catheter that was put in during angiogram two days prior. What a cold icy personality, not real open to explaining things. will not be a Dr. I will return to. The wait with an appointment was two hours.

This Dr is poorly rated for a reason, absolute disregard for patient health. He actually stated, you can leave now, instead of something like ok hope you feel better bye bye? I'm not sure he's all there. Rx'd a med I'm allergic to even after I told him directly.

The worst! Forgot to call me to tell me my PSA was 29. Climbed to an unbelievable 266. His words were "I've seen higher"

Dr. Vitko took good care of my medical needs. He is not a doctor of too many words but he will listen and answer any question you may have. He is very direct and down to the point. Every visit I have had with him has been good. Every time he showed an interest in trying to resolve what my condition was. He found the the problem and recommended that I have surgery. I had the surgery that I needed to try to resolve my medical issue and he did a great job in taking care of me. I recommend him.

If I could select no stars I would. No compassion, no communication. He told me he found a tumor in my Father in front the entire waiting room. He gave me no information about the procedure and when I asked questions he acted like I was being unreasonable. Even after he saw my Father the day after his surgery, he relayed the tumor was cancerous as though he were talking about the weather and STILL had no information about the surgery the day prior. Run from him and run from Dr Hosp at Ren.

Right to the point, no fooling around, but answered all questions to be sure of what I wanted.

This Doctor is 73 years old!! I think he is ok but he does not communicate enough information as to the various treatments for my prostrate cancer. He seems to tell you the minimum amount of information and nothing more. I would like a doc that is younger and more than likely is up on the latest treatments.

Horrible experience!!! My 90 year old father-in-law waited 3 hours and 30 minutes to get the attention he needed, all while laying in a stretcher out in the hall. No compassion whatsoever! Kindness and courtesy seems to be in short supply in this office!
