Bedside manner? I think I saw him for a total 30 minutes in the almost two weeks I was there. His office seems incompetent atleast in regards to billing. His office got the corrected insurance information, but not the corrected address as they had the wrong city. Calling in to ask how this could be turned over to collections 2 yrs after visit and no one attempted to call. She said we sent bills and received no return to senders, but the collections agency has already gotten several return to sender a and it hit collections a few months ago... Something doesn't add up. If doctors offices feel no need to verify they have the right information, then why hit someone's credit because the office couldn't be bothered.

Steer clear of this office & the Wolcotts. They are a joke & honestly you can find better & not be herded like cattle. Your care is based on their current financial situation ie... if you are a current patient you are funding a cabin being built in Colorado yet being treated like a heffer & ushered out to be charged a level 4 visit for level 2 work & expertise. My loved ones will be avoiding these so called Drs like a plague. All they care about is your money & will look over something HUGE
