Left in the dark
My dad had an MRI done of his prostrate back in August of 2023. We are now in Jan 16 2024. We have called several times to get someone to go over the results and they can not seem to find the test. They think my dad has not had the mri done. But he did on 8/29/23 and the results are available in Atrium. Idk if it’s because they’re Novant but this is upsetting. I truly hope nothing is wrong with my dad. Not once that I have called have they offered to make an appointment either. All they say is we will call you back. And nothing. No call backs. I’m actually on hold now with there Matthews office waiting for them to answer to make an appointment. This is not a practice that we want to deal with again if they can not get their papers in order and get back within a reasonable amount of time . Reason for my 1 star I will update my rating once we are seen and to find out why there was an issue in our case.

Had a procedure done by Dr Yau and it went a lot smoother than expected. Got seated on time and Dr Yau was very professional and gentle during the whole process. He was able to answer any questions I had and I felt like I was in good hands the entire time. Highly recommended.
