He is arrogant, does not listen, talks over you, and after over a year has not ever fully addressed my neck problem. He was always passing me to someone else for my complaint. Others I mentioned this too did not like his bed side manner either. he does always give the surgery option to you though. He once scolded me for coming in for a shot after not sleeping 3 full days with neck pain. He told me I was taking someone else's spot that needed it more than I did for making the appointment. Then he dismisses me as a patient because I complained of just what I said here. Springfield does not need this kind of attitude towards them. I could say more, but you get the point.

Lower back pain
I have been going to doctor jain for lower back pain and his plan for my pain was a well laid out in layman's terms and has worked well for me. His staff is the same way talks to you about everything. thing you need to know like himself . I leave there understanding what we talk about unlike some doctors

I first met Dr. Jain in February 2020 and my Back has several problems with it, my wife and I where leaving for AZ. in a few days and I was in sever pain. Dr. Jain gave me a trigger point injection into my thoracic while I was there. It help unlock my Back and made my/our trip so much better. Since then Dr. Jain has helped me with my Neck pain and we are now working on my Back. Dr. Jain. is very professional and straightforward. He goes over your x-rays, MRI's and, does a thorough exam and discusses with you exactly what your options are. I found it refreshing that he was willing to work on multiple problems at the same time i.e. 1.) an epidural and a 2.) test for a RFA RADIO-FREQUENCY ABLATION for my lower Back. Dr. Jain also introduce me to a procedure called “dry needling” which helps repair damage muscle. Everyone in Dr. Jain’s office, is very nice and professional, they do a great job of scheduling your procedures and answering any questions that you may have.

I love Dr. Jain. He is very professional and straightforward. He goes over your x-rays and any other tests you may have had, does a thorough exam and discusses with you exactly what your options are. He is not a pill pusher and I find that refreshing. There are so many great option to treat pain today that hopefully we can stop the insanity of just covering it up. I have had a procedure called ablation in my lower back. It starts with two test injections and if one gets relief from those, the third injection is the real deal. It basically puts the nerves that are causing pain to sleep for up to two years. It is performed under sedation using fluoroscopy. It may take a few days to take effect and sometimes you need some massage, physical therapy and “dry needling”. I am so grateful for this procedure. I am also grateful for the steroid injections in both sacroiliac joints. I love everyone in Dr. Jain’s office. His nurses make a great addition to his team!

“When I started with Dr. Jain even a simple task of doing the dishes caused substantial pain. After having Dr. Jain perform a facet rhizotomy, I am able to clean, do dishes, walk, etc. with minimal pain.”

Horrible!!! The worst experience in my adult life. I waited 2 1/2 months to hear him say I needed yoga. I could not move my arms do to a car wreck. I had a herniated disc pushing on nerves and this nittwitt say I need yoga. Then he has the nerve to send me to a counselor because I seemed anxious. Turns out she validated my anger. She said I had every right to be angry at what had happened to me with Dr Jain. I went elsewhere and was fixed up in 2 weeks. Don't waste your time with this charletain

Dr Jain has helped me immensely. When surgery is not an option, and you think there is no hope, along came Dr Jain. I had no dependencies to deal with, but the epidurals and nerve ablations have me able to do the things I enjoy in the yard and garden. I do have to take breaks, but being retired you are entitled! Extremely great full and hoping the results are long lasting!
