I already have recommended her to several people. Dr. Kasturi and her NP Laura Goff are wonderful. I have never had any of her staff have a bad attitude towards me. The wait times can be a bit long but they take their time with their patients and they've always answered every question I have had. She kept an eye on my nodules so well that when they turned cancerous, it was caught so early that I didn't need further treatment after the surgery.

I love Dr. Kasturi and all her staff. They are busy but I can see why, she is a phenomenal doctor. Even while you wait the nurse came in to let me know where I was in line. I would suggest her to anyone that has thyroid or other endocrine problems as she is always very thorough.

Dr. Kasturi goes to great lengths to be the Endocrinologist who meets your needs. I just can't say enough good things about her. When other doctor's offices fall short of what is required, he office comes through in spades for me. I came to her with osteopororosis and so far my condition has improved so that now it is just considered osteopenia. I have absolutely no complaints with her office and a lot of praise for it. Particularly her!

Same as several others on here. I like Dr. Kasturi she is excellent but I called today to reschedule an appointment because I was sick. I have other health issues besides my blood sugar. No one was there when I called because they were not yet open but I left a voice mail detailing my condition and stating I wished to reschedule. A couple of hours later I receive a voicemail from the scheduler saying I pulled a no show and threatening me with discharge from their care. Hey, if they want to discharge me, have at it. I don't need any doctor's care that bad that I will be subject to threats and be badgered because I am sick!! Someone needs to have a serious talk with these people or as others have said, clean house and hire people who are more competent at their job!

I saw Dr Kasturi one time and have not seen her since, I see the NP. I really can't leave feedback on Kasturi because I don't know her. As mentioned in many other reviews the office staff does not call you back nor answer phone calls. The front desk is where the doctors reputation starts. Like others I feel I need to find another doctor. I had a blood test done and did not receive a phone call for a month. I have no idea if there are any findings in the blood test to disclose or not. I was told nothing other than they have the results of my blood test ordinarily a doctors office discloses either there are reasons for concern or not. I would not recommend this office to anyone

I like Dr. Kasturi, but am running into the same issues discussed in other reviews: bad office staff. Specifically the front office. I just left my 3rd message (2nd voicemail) regarding the Dr. calling in a prescription she wanted me on when I saw her earlier this week. I have yet to hear back on any message, and that is extremely unprofessional! It's a pity, as the Dr. is good about taking the time needed with each patient but doesn't seem to run all that behind schedule, which is refreshing.

Dr. Kasturi is a fine Dr but her office staff is deplorable. They are rude and disrespectful. told me to come have my blood work a week prior to my appointment I took off from work and when I arrived at 11:30 they we chatting and talking for 15 minutes before anyone could come to the window then they said the blood work girl was gone to lunch ...she goes from 12 to 1 it was 11:45. I could wait for an hour.additionally they collect copays when you are max out of pocket then refuse to refund.

The other reviews are spot on - Dr. Kasturi is fine, but her entire office staff is totally incompetent. At the end of the day, that falls back on Dr. Kasturi though. She needs to clean house and hire a competent staff.

I like Dr. Kasturi, but as other reviewers have said the office staff is awful!! I had a test in March 2017, and I'm still waiting (Oct.2017) for the results I called multiple times and left multiple messages that were never returned. Although I got a lovely letter in the mail after the fourth message stating that they had been trying to get in touch with me. I am a stay at home mom, I'm almost always available, when I'm not I have an answering machine and caller id.

She doesn't know what she's talking about! Her nursing staff takes at least a week to get back to you with an important question that you have left with urgency and then has the nerve to cop an attitude and lie when I have to call back a 4TH time and demand to speak to her instead of leaving multiple messages. She has no tolerance for the symptoms patients suffer. I understand there are limited choices in the area but drive away if you want good medical care!

Dr. Kasturi herself was ok. Not too personable but she was knowledgeable enough. Her office staff however has been the issue. I've waited 5 weeks for the nurse to return my phone call. I work office hours and we take lunch at the same time. I've been out of my meds as I've explained on the voicemail I have had to keep leaving. The front desk has had a "not my problem" attitude. I have been very disappointed. I'd say if I wasn't paying my bill someone would contact me!

I have a dear friend who highly recommended Dr. Kasturi. Having some serious concerns about my health, I asked for an appointment with her. I was extremely pleased and satisfied with the way I was treated in this Dr's office. Everyone working there was warm, kind and attentive. Dr. Kasturi herself is adorable, knowledgeable and very attentive at "listening" to my every concern. If I had to choose one word to resume my experience in Dr. Kasturi's office; it would be : WONDERFUL!

Never saw Dr because the secretary was rude each time I called. Just moved from another state & in need of an endocrinologist. The secretary only stated that I needed to have my Dr fax a referral, office notes, & lab results. My Dr is expected to fax 2 yrs worth of medical records apparently. Unacceptable. She gave me no other alternatives. She refused to schedule an appt for me after my referral was faxed indicating she would NOT violate office policy. Beware-Shared fax with ENTIRE hospital.

Absolutely awful. Doesn't listen, charged for exams I didn't need or want. Was there for one issue and she only focused on a different one. Staff is rude and ignorant. Canceled my follow up. Have glitch in their system that tells you your appointment has been canceled every other day. Was called and told to be sure to get my labwork done...had no clue what they were talking about. I wasn't given an order or knew what for. When I called neither did they...
