Dr. Rohit Bhandari, DO

A full report of my progress history, answering all my questions of my post heart surgery.

I’ve been seeing him right at 3 years now… I appreciate he is attentive and is willing to do whatever it takes to get answers when needed… the front desk staff on the other hand seem more involved in “personal” matters outside of work tho… it was towards the end of the day and 3 of them were discussing one the staff members home life problems for the entire waiting area to hear and as I stood at the desk to check out the one who was overseeing what I needed seemed irritated by our presence interrupting them for me to get my follow up appts. scheduled. She only did one and was rude about all of it the entire time. She was not fully looking at the paperwork the Dr had filled out for several procedures and treated us as if we were not understanding what was written until we showed her there was more listed below what she kept pointing out and even then did not apologize when it was pointed out to her she was not looking at everything being requested… bad day or not that’s unacceptable.

The front desk and the back of the house personnel were awesome! What a great group of people. Tabitha, I think I am correct on her name was very kind, knowledgeable and the kind of person you want in the medical services.

I have been going to Dr. Bhandari about 18 months now, he is an excellent heart specialist. He is a loving and caring doctor, he cares about his patients, he listens to each and everyone, and advises them of a treatment plan. He is friendly, professional, and down to earth. He explains everything to his patients, and has assured me that he will take good care of me. He's the best heart doctor that I know. His staff are friendly and take good care of his patients too!

Ive been going to the VA for years and decided to go to Carolina Heart Specialists since it is closer. I was impressed with Dr Bhandari. He is one of a few doctors that really takes his time with you. He listened and answered all my questions and took time to explain things to my wife and I. Very thorough. I’m glad we made the switch and would recommend Dr Bhandari to anyone.
