Dr. Rohit Sundrani, MD

Referred to Dr. Sundrani MD, from my Cardiologist as it was determined I had severe Aortic Heart Senusis. Soon after my referral was received, I met Dr. Sundrani who explained in detail a process called a TAVR (Transcather Aortic Valve Replacement), that which I would get if I passed certain preliminary evaluations to determine eligibility. I passed all evaluations and was promptly scheduled for the Procedure which only took a couple of hours and then I was moved to recovery for a day after which I was released. Dr. Sundrani was with me the whole time and afterwards he explained the outcome and was there for me whenever I had healing questions. Five days later he came by to examine the outcome and reported I no longer needed his continued observation as I was good to go. Since then, his office scheduled follow-up screening to assure continued well- ness to which I can safely report, this doctor and staff are excellent, and I would recommend him for all others needing help.

We - my wife and I - want to express our gratitude to Dr. Sundrani from Cardiovascular Consultants for the treatment we received at the November 1st. 2023 visit we had with him for a second opinion regarding my heart issues. It was a very good experience and his thoroughly examination has rebuild my confidence. I know that I can count on his help in case of need. Mentioning his name to my neighbor, they knew him, and spoke very highly about him, calling me lucky to have him as my cardiologist. He also kept his promise to get back to me in two days with an answer. For any heart problem all you need is Dr. Sundrani!

Had test done and when I went to see doctor, he was not in, saw his co worker, Not really happy with him. Reviewed test that was done, I mention the Dr. mention that he wanted a heart monitor on me. The assistant said that he would review with doctor. No one got back, called yesterday and today, finally someone call and said I could not see him till Feb. What????

Dr. Sundrani is the best of the best! I’ve been his patient fir almost 20 years and truly know his knowledge and expertise has extended my life immeasurably. People who complain about wait times need to realize a Cardiologist gets called to hospitals for emergencies on a regular basis. Dr. Sundrani is worth waiting for!

I have gone to Dr. Sundrani for years and I am so very grateful for his amazing ability to monitor my progress over the years. He recently put in a new aortic valve and I have recovered very. We should be very grateful that Dr. Sundrani brought the less invasive procedure to the San Joaquin Valley. I appreciate his positive outlook and how he passed it on to me. I had so much confidence in Dr. Sundrani and I thank God for him. I appreciate how Mark de los Santos also was a huge support. Covid has been a tough time for all, but I really think Dr. Sundrani's staff really made my experience, one I'm truly grateful for.

Dr. Sundrani is a very good and thorough heart Dr. He takes time with his patients and makes sure we understand what is going on.

I have read the above reviews. This doctor gave great care to my mother at one time. Like the other poor reviews and what has been my observation as acceptable, extremely poor office operations, I can not recommend this doctor. A great doctor is only as good as his weakest link. Lack of communication, proper appointment scheduling and follow through are as valuable as the physician’s skills. The lack of communication in a medical practice can cause grave danger to patients.

the doctor is and always easy to talk to, concerned, and a pleasure to work with. he has done vein therapy when I met the doctor i was on a heart pump he went to work and i was put into the Stanford transplant program. i ll never thank him enough for saving my life and his effort to help me thru the after follow-through and is really a people person and really concerned about your health, doctor SUNDRANI as given me my fourth thanksgiving

Above reviews are very accurate about the office staff not returning calls. I tried to schedule an appointment and neither the office or his medical staff returned my calls even though they say they will within 24 hours. I drove down to the office and tried to schedule appointment but covid-19 procedure had me wait downstairs while I talked to them on phone. They wouldn’t schedule appointment even though I was downstairs. Took my info and said they would call that night. Never did. ???? Love Sundrani. Hate staff

I have been seeing Dr. Sundrani for many years and feel very comfortable with him and his abilities.

Dr. Sundrani is an excellent cardiologist, very personable and caring. I am 86 years old. Dr. Sundrani performed a very risky TAVR procedure on me and also put in a pacemaker. Other cardiologists recommended against doing the TAVR procedure because of the size of my heart, but doctor Sundrani's knowledge, skill and careful planning made the procedure possible and successful. Because of Dr. Sundrani and his team, my heart is murmur is gone, my heart beat is strong and regular, and I am looking forward to many years with a much higher quality of life than I had before the TAVR procedure. I recommend Dr. Sundrani without hesitation.

This doctor's office does not return your calls. After my initial appt., I had an alarming heart episode and tried to make another appointment to see the doctor. After leaving several phone messages (they don't answer the phone in person), they never returned my calls. I do not want to manage my heart issue at the ER so I found a new doc.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sundrani for 15 years.(afib). Wait time for visits sometimes very long. I have found him to be caring, knowledgeable and willing to take time to explain things. Have had some problems with PA returning calls in timely manner.

I was seeing another cardiologist for six years he told me that I had heart failure & about two years to live I changed to dr. sundrani. after a heart procedure & med. change ifeel about five years younger

Sundrani kept me waiting for over an hour. I found him to be extremely arrogant and rude. He spent most of the office visit bragging about his accomplishments and was abrupt and interrupted me when I tried to explain my concerns. I would never recommend him to anyone.

I love Dr Sundrani, god and the doctor saved my life. He is very gentle and listens to what you have to say. I love it when you ask him a question and he lays it on the line. He tells you the truth and that is what I like about him. Very impressed with Dr. Sundrani.
