Dr. Roland More, MD

I've been seeing Dr More for a few years now and almost always have I been very satisfied with him and his treatment. Until today. My pharmacy has been trying to contact him to get refills for a prescription and they have not gotten a response back. Today was my appointment, I am out of the prescription, but I was 14 minutes late due to severe traffic on the interstate. I was 60 miles away and I tried very hard to get here on time and didn't want to pull over to an exit to make a phone call to let them know I was going to be late. Once there, they checked with Dr Moore and he said he could not see me and to reschedule. The next available appointment is mid-December. I've had to wait a few times over 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to see him, but he was unable to see me for being 14 minutes late. Today I start searching for a new doctor.

At my first appointment with him, I told Dr. More that my brain felt like it was "sloshing around in my head" and that it felt similar to (but not as severe) a traumatic brain injury I had several years earlier. Rather than blowing me off, he immediately ordered an MRI. The results caught everyone off guard as, indeed, I was suffering from another TBI. He recommended a superb neuro-surgeon to solve the issue. Dr. More really listens, gives me appropriate time to explain any issues, and has always made the proper diagnosis. He's a phenomenal medical professional and a better human being.

Dr More has been my physician for 18 years, and I could not be more grateful having had him from the beginning. I honestly think my outlook and physical well-being has been this great due to him. I’ve never felt rushed, and I always feel that my best interest is at the forefront.

Dr more was my intro to Marshfield Clinic. I had debilitating migraines n he helped me get off a barbiturate migraine tx, prescribed sumatriptan. When I cldnt tolerate that, he prescribed rizateiptan (maxalt). I have a slight sulfa allergy so cldnt take sumatriptan anymore... He got it right, first try! When I 1st saw him I was burnt out on referral appts; he treated me well n his nurse Debra is awesome! Both dr n nurse r v knowledgeable, kind n understanding! Yay!! V happy, impressed w them!!
