If your a disabled Veteran that is forced to be on Medicaid dont expect much. His office is notorious for not refilling medicine due to pure laziness. Dont call them out or bother complaining. From their complaint department to the nursing managers. They do not care and will be nice to your face and keep doing exactly what you ask nicely for them to stop doing anyway. Their favorite thing is to hand you a prescription without getting pre authorizations through the provider. I have personally called my provider to find out that up to a month later they are blaming the Medicaid insurance but never called or refused to provide simple information to get the meds filled. It's very disappointing when in the end the Va did not let me down. Months later they still have not even forwarded my medical records after several requests. Good job Penn State ! Thank you so much for supporting your Service Connected...yes..Disabled vets. There is a special place in Hell for people like you.
