Dr. Rolando Diaz, MD

Doctor is friendly, listens well, and takes his time with me. Most importantly, he is actually knowledgeable and useful, which I have found is surprisingly uncommon in his profession. But his wait times can be unreasonably long. The wait time on my most recent appointment was probably longer than usual, as he explained to me, but it was two hours! I don't like his office, which is a branch of the chain PrimeCare. It is sometimes hard to reach them by phone. Many of the staff members only speak spanish. The bathrooms were cleaned, but not so well, the paper towel dispensers were empty (there was a heated fan dryer though), and there was no soap!Doctor is friendly, listens well, and takes his time with me. This is Doctor Rolando Diaz office. Maybe he is the owner of this clinic; you arrives expecting seeing Dr Rolando but actually your appointment is with any other doctor assigned to you. Technically they not being very honest.

Excellent Dr and service.

HORRIBLE STAFF, the service is from a third world country, they do not answer calls, the phone is always busy even if they are not busy, always pushing for you to see the doctor, do not respond back to your messages, they give you a hard time when you ask for your own records, unrespectfull, too much talking between the staff in front of patients so the wait time is very long.

Worst place to go to. The person who takes the appointment Jorge is always lost, do not respect the appointments. my sister change to another doctor because Jorge lost her documents twice. Bad attitude. The old lady that see the kids have a horrible attitude with the kids and with the parents. also my husband and myself are thinking about changing to another clinic I am so sick and tire of the service.

Rolando Diaz is an excellent Dr. Very concerned about his patients. He loves his profession . It is the Dr that any patients would want to have.

Wonderful Dr. Explained everything and very patient and friendly.
