TERRIBLE bedside manner
TERRIBLE bedside manner: creepy stare, awkward smiles and giggles, and at times oblivious to what I was saying. It's like he's in his own world. Folks, there are many doctors out there. Take the time to do your research and don't settle with this provider.

A wonderful doctor
A wonderful doctor! Dr. Karen treated my son who has anxiety. He was the most kind and understanding doctor we have ever come across. He listened and did not dismiss my son’s Concerns. He treated him with respect and kindness and helped him with his sinus issues. We will always remember his kindness and patience.

I've seen Dr. Karin 2 or 3 times over the years. He has the highest knowledge and best equipment that I've seen. I've seen some others that were less skilled and gave a painful or unpleasant experience with my EARS. I get more earwax than most, but Dr. Karin was painless. They also have very good audible ear testing. As I understand it, Dr. Karin excels in ear surgery. I found the office staff very nice and the waiting room is spacious and comfortable.

Dr Karin is nice and professional however the office staff is just horrible. They are rude, does not respect your time and unpleasant in general. They asked me to come 50!!!!! Minutes before my appointment to fill out new patient paperwork that I was done in 10 minuets. When I asked them why did they ask me to come 50 minuets before they said:”this is how the Doctor like it”. Overoll unpleasantness waiting in the waiting room. I will only return if I’ll have no other choice.

The office staff seem to LOVE having a room full of irritated people waiting waiting waiting. They seem to get some evil glee out of it. You have to fill out insurance info in hand writing, rather thanthem copy your card like every other Dr. The 3 forms ask the same questions over and again. Mean, rude, evil. Their latest is for you to come in 1/2 hour "early" to your appointment. Not worth it, and Rom should be ashamed of the way his staff treat people.
