Dr Nations Office on 23rd Street is Exceptionally Managed. Staff is Professional, Efficient and Approachable. My Team, Charly and April are Wonderfully Responsive to clients Needs. Doc is good but the practice needs to involve themselves in more patient care and customer service and support than worry about how much money they can make and find ways to extract more money from patients. Whatever happened to patient care instead of how much we can squeeze out of people. Just sad !!!

Please read all of this!! This Dr is in it for the moneyand status only! And any nurse practitioner that doesn't comply with money over people will not be there long. There goal is to keep u coming back. Cha-ching! A family member had covid, knew this before she went in to be tested in the office. Coughing and a fever, after being charge $100.00 up front just to run the test and she had ins. Was told to wait in the lobby. After her test confirmed she had covid with symptoms, was told to come back in a few days if she wasn't any better. This woman is over 70 yrs old. Waiting with covid in the same lobby as none covid patients and sent home to only have to come back for additional treatment. It's all about the money ??.

All the providers are great at Dr. Nations Office, but they recent implemented a two problem per visit policy. This means if you have medications for 3 issues that you will have to make two appointments. And if there are not enough appointment times available you may have to go without your medications some times. His business no longer prioritizes patient care, they prioritize dollar bills.

Dr Nations is a wonderful family physician!! He takes great care of his patients, listens to them about their issues and looks out for their overall health. A real people person, highly intelligent and caring!!

Dr Nation is an outstanding physician! Very knowledgeable, professional, takes the time to talk to me every time I see him. Everyone in the office has always been as nice as they can be, even though they are always very busy (they have a lot of patients). I would recommend him without hesitation, and have.

Dr Nation is great! He’s very knowledgeable, professional, and hands down one of the best physicians I’ve ever been to. Most everyone there is great and will go out of there way for you. Especially the lady that handles insurance (Naomi). That said, unfortunately some of the office personnel and one nurse in particular are the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. They were very unprofessional and rude and for that reason I won’t be returning and I wouldn’t recommend.

Dr. Nation bought out my doctor's practice, then kicked out all the military dependents. I needed a blood work and controlled substance prescription follow-up, and other medical issues needing to address. Dr Nation caused my doctor to abandon her patients. I had to wait almost an hour on the phone to schedule this appointment. While in their lobby they tell me they are no longer supporting military. I was handed my labs by a nurse with no explanation.
