Dr. Roman Shlafer, DDS

So I go the oral surgeon and he looks at my tooth and tells me it is totally calcified and why did Shlafer send me when it is clear as day. He couldn’t do a root canal on it. But it had been calcifying over years so why didn’t he send me in before? Because he doesn’t pay attention to his patients. But it’s ok because shlafer can still whiten it for 1k at a discount. No need to worry about the obvious health concern never talked about until I agreed to pay for whitening.

To my favorite Dentist Dr. Shlafer I am a new patient. He is professional and gentle Dr. Shlafer is the BEST Dentist I have ever met in my life. I came to his office because I needed a root canal my anxiety level was through the roof. He is such a compationate Doctor. In the end Dr. Shlafer was able to save me tooth without having to do a root canal. He was able to do a feeling. I would recommend him over any Dentist in the Metropolitan Area. Dr Shlafer and his staff are warm, friendly and professional. They listened attentively to my concerns. While I DREAD going to the dentist I found myself in need of an emergency root canal on the day before Thanksgiving. Dr Shlafer was able to get me in and I am so grateful to have found him. Surprisingly, I was able to fully enjoy my Thanksgiving dinner with zero pain. I was empressed! If you’re in need of a new dentist he’s great!

This is a long overdue review for Dr. Shlafer. So long that I am actually embarrassed about not doing it sooner. I went to Dr. Shlafer because of an infection caused by cleaning at another dentist. He took me in immediately and cleaned it all up and did the root canal. And what a job he did. It's been 12 years and I still hear about it whenever I see a new dentist. I don't know what a good root canal job looks like but they just marvel at the job. If I could afford, I'd just fly to MI for him.
