Dr Aranguiz and her staff are the best. DON'T EVER LEAVE THIS PRACTICE!!!

Dr. Aranguiz is outstanding, she cares about my wellbeing, she spends time explaining the plan of care, she goes above and beyond for her patients She is fast on getting back to you through MyChart when needed She is personable; she mitigates your concerns about treatments and offers appropriate advice on medications but also on lifestyle modifications that can improve your quality of life She understands your fears and respects your choices, she shows empathy I am very happy to have her as my rheumatologist!!

My review Worst physician in the world. Please do not see. This physician and her staff have no heart. They left our mom who suffers from bad RA providerless and medicineless because the doctor had some communication issues with her. She literally went to the office pleading them to see her and they refused blatantly. Who does this? Have you no heart? Did you not take the Hippocratic Oath to take care of humans? One day when it is your loved one helpless and someone like you is the cause of this, you will know what it feels like. Please save yourself and avoid this office and doctor and Lee health if you can like a plague. There is no effort for service recovery on their behalf either. Terrible….

Dr Romy is open to listening and adapting plan of care on the spot according to my most pressing issues. She's supportive and encouraging. She referred me to [service] for [diagnosis] and what a difference that has made in my life!! I had no idea how much [diagnosis] could affect. I have [diagnosis] with frequent periods of low po2 and it's been going on for years. Thanks to Dr Romy I am getting better by the week with [service]. Headaches are decreased. Cognitive problems are much less. I am back to driving short distances! I cannot convey what it's like to get your life back! I still have [diagnosis]. My energy and mobility are limited. But I can think again! I can express myself clearly! I can sequence the steps to ordinary household projects. And it's because someone really listened. I think that's pretty special.

Poor attention. Lack of empathy. No follow through. Doesn't really seem to know what she's doing. Doesn't care to.

De. Romy Ar nguiz is being an excellent doctor and a better human being. I'm grateful to have her as my doctor. Her care for me and the professionalism are the best.

Dr. Romy always takes her time to listen to my concerns. She was able to accommodate my needs to use telehealth instead of in person visit as I had developed [diagnosis], and wouldn't be able to see her in office.

First visit, love the Doctor. She's kind, knowledgeable, very professional, attentive, she listened to my concerns, actually check me out, and proposed a different approach from the previous rheumatologist , the one never checked me out or send me to do any studies to evaluate my condition. Very pleased, I can't believe that somebody gave her 1 star and talked the way they did on that review.

She took her time to explain to me what the X-rays showed and was very compassionated. She is an outstanding Dr. Thank you

The front desk was great and my nurse was so kind and considerate and friendly and Dr. [NAME] came in and explained everything and sent me downstairs for x-rays everything was superb

I recently switched doctors and I'm very pleased that Dr. Aranguiz was available to take me in. By taking a more holistic view, looking beyond her specialty, she found some additional issues that needed attention. I't been a month and I've started to feel real progress. Thank you!

I live in Fort Myers, where I have had to visit Dr. Aranguiz a couple of times. I would like to say that the mentioned doctor was very kind to me and highly professional in each of her indications, which have been very useful for my health improvement.
