Horrible and negligent medical care of my mother. Did not order proper tests, did not follow up well. Final outcome was my mother's year-long suffering and eventual passing.

My grandma was under the care of Dr. Yamane. We’ve had a nightmare of a time getting through to his office. My mom has had to call the office repeatedly just to speak to someone. She’s had to call multiple times to get them to send over requests and to follow up on my grandma. Right now, my grandma is in extreme pain and has been admitted to the hospital for multiple days due to the negligence of Dr. Yamane and his staff. Ridiculous!

Dr. Yamane and his staff has cared for both my elderly parents and have done an exceptional job. His Japanese speaking staff made it very easy for my parents to handle their own business. They have gone out of their way to make everything easy for them and if at any time they might think that they may me confused or not understanding something, They call me to clarify, So grateful for them
