Does not tell truth
Before moving to Blfd, I took my daughter to see him for headaches. He told us to call a neurologist but bc of her ins and her age, we couldn’t see one yet. Later on, in college, she needed proof that she had them. His office refused to acknowledge she came there after asking me what it was for. It wasn’t their business what it was for. If u want a copy of your medical record, legally u can get it. Idk why he thought it was his business but he made it HIS decision whether her school should know about her headaches. His nurse had no problem being hateful about it either.

I've seen Dr Billips since 2014 after a double heart by-pass and then periodically for minor things. He has always been professional, knowledgeable and solved/treated my health problems. He's totally friendly and respectful.

Dr. Billips was energetic, honest and listened to my problem of stomach pain and other stuff. I've been real sick. He ran some tests and when I came back he put me on some medicine that is helping me feel better. I started seeing him because my wife goes here. I know why she does now. Dr.Billips cares and helps regular people like me get better fast. He has gotten my blood pressure better too. I feel much better. Thanks Dr.Billips.
