Dr. Chao was very helpful and took a lot of time explaining an effective hair transplant strategy. He also listened to my requests and made sure I had realistic expectations. Dr. Ron Chao is always professional and courteous. He sets clear, realistic expectations and always satisfies them. I have had more than one procedure performed by this doctor and I am always happy with the results.

I had been the victim of a bad hair hair transplant and was miserable. The other hair transplant surgery was done with another much more expensive doctor in Santa Monica and left me looking scared, very un-natural, the hairs looked sparse. Ronald Philip Chao MD. was wonderful and performed 2 corrective hair transplant surgeries. My hair now looks natural and full and I am very satisfied with the results. His staff was experienced and put me at ease throughout the 8 hour day.

They are responsive and can be reached easily when needed. I have not yet had a transplant , however I have an appointment in April and will update my review when completed. As of now the communication for the last 3 months has been stellar. 10/10 .
