Worst experience I have had with a doctor
Terrible bedside manner. He is extremely cold and does not do a thorough job in his exams. I had a fractured ankle and he could not correctly identify the fracture until I pointed to the area which my previous doctor had identified the fracture in. He was then googling about the type of fracture and said yes, I had a fracture but it was healing. Before that, he tried to tell me my ankle was sprained. DO NOT GO TO HIM.

He operated on my mother for a rotary cuff surgery, he has changed over the years and not in the best way. Used to be very warm and friendly with patients, not sure what changed or if he treats certain cases differently. Post surgery he refused to change my mother prescription and wrote her initial prescription incorrectly. The pain was so excruciating that she was sobbing the whole day. We tried to contact him throughout the day, we get hung up on and never called back. While we understand there should be a little discomfort, having her pain level bring her to tears is absolutely unacceptable. If you need an orthopedic surgeon, look elsewhere, not worth the pain and suffering.

Told me he was going to be using orthroscopic surgery, then left me with 4 inches of stitches and permanent muscular damage. Isn't that blatant? Doesn't care about other's wishes.

I had an appointment to see Dr. Chase. After speaking with the nurse, I was told he couldn't do anything. When I went to the front desk, they referred me to a neurosurgeon. I was told I would not be charged as they didn't do anything for me. I received a bill and have been fighting with them for months, after speaking with the office supervisor who also said I wouldn't be billed.
