Horrible Back Office!
I was a patient of Dr. Libby. Great doctor with a HORRIBLE back office. Don't go to Northwoods Urology as their back office will not return calls or transfer records after weeks of trying. Don't know Dr. Henry, but if he's a member of Northwoods Urology, he should know to fix his HORRIBLE back office.

Not impressed
Dr. Appeared to be always rushed. He was unable to take time to explain possible causes of pain and or treatment options. Very dismissive. Had surgery and he never came back to speak with me or follow up. I was very disappointed in every aspect of service - after reading such great reviews.

This “doctor” left me with a lifetime of pain after he rushed through a vasectomy procedure. I was referred to him, but would give a million dollars to go back in time and find another doctor. To say I would not recommend this doctor/facility is the ultimate understatement. Rather, I wish I could personally talk to any potential patient to STRONGLY encourage them to go elsewhere.

Dr. Ronald Henry performed a Orchiectomy due to testicular cancer. Dr. Henry was patient and answered all my questions and was very well composed. The procedure was completed at the Conroe Memorial Hermann Surgical Center. The staff was awesome and very professional. I am only 35 yrs and never thought I would have cancer at this age. However, the staff and Dr. Henry made me feel safe and comfortable during that difficult time.

Very professional, very clean, and almost painless. My insurance covered my vasectomy, I paid a thirty dollar copay, and the procedure literally took 20 minutes. Zero complications during, or afterwards !
