It's actually embarrassing when doctors with such admirable education levels and experience have no clue how to talk to people. Dr. Hirokawa should be ashamed of himself. After a brutal experience for a child under the age of 2 being forced to keep still for over 5 MINUTES is appalling. It's clearly time for Dr. Hirokawa to retire as no person of sound mind would torture a baby this way. Then to belittle the multiple neurologists that diagnosed this baby with autism by suggesting he "Doesn't look autistic, he looks like a normal kid" is absolutely out of this world. I would love to know what an Autistic child looks like, honestly. Hang up your coat Doctor your disregard for human emotion and lack of empathy is abominable.

I have been a patient of Dr.Ronald Hirokawa for over twenty years. He has done a four surgeries on me, I have had nothing but wonderful results. He's an old school doctor. He checks you from A to Z. He has wonderful bedside manners, and even calls you with results & make sure doing well after surgery. He is a very high demanded doctor in the group. Theses new age doctors are like fast food restaurants, in and out. I want excellent care, so if you do too, then go see his group for excellent care.

I have never had a problem with Ronald Hirokawa in the past and still don't. However I have never had so many appointments cancelled. And this was for an ear problem. It took 4 weeks to get an original appointment for an ongoing infection. That got cancelled and rescheduled. And then cancelled again. So I scheduled with another doctor in that practice and that got cancelled. Not the way a patient wants to be treated.
