Dr. Ronald Jones, MD

First the positive…Dr. Jafri is an absolute gem. She is kind, understanding, answers all questions, and truly cares about her patients. We have also seen Dr. Jones and he is also wonderful. Jessica , the NP, also absolutely wonderful. The nurses are fine, I have no complaints. To be honest, The doctors are the only reason I return. The negative…anyone else I have encountered that works at this office is awful. The front desk woman Sally (I have never interacted with the other girl), is a miserable human being. She is always rude, cuts you off, and downright mean. I’ve watched her be rude to other parents as well. Also, the triage nurse is THE WORST. She always has a reason for why she didn’t call you back the same day, and when she does call you back, she never takes your concerns seriously. She tries to pawn off any triage care on anyone else she can. When I’m calling triage with a question about my child’s health, you don’t get to be dismissive. I want to stay but it’s getting bad.

Getting my newborn in staff (sally) very rude , got hung up on and put me on hold without notice cutting me off during talking, idk about this place anymore.

Our eldest turned 18 recently and we have been going to Dr. Jones/ Jaffrey since day 1. They are both wonderful and we have stuck with them from living in Gilbert, Maricopa and now Ahwatukee. They are worth the drive! We highly recommend this team of doctors!!

Wait time is long. Doctors never to be seen. Even when request for a doctor you get a nurse practitioner. Staff super rude. Specially Isabel the office manager she will not listen to concerns she will scream and ask if you don't like it you should move on. No follow up on call backs. And one time I requested vacciation records and they were incomplete I had to go to their old pediatrician to get the correct ones. Terrible experience.

Dr. Jones is an amazing physician! He always listens to my concerns as a parent and takes the time to make my son feel comfortable. There aren't many physicians I've met that take the time to converse or make my toddler laugh. As a mother I feel completely comfortable with my son in Dr. Jones care. I would recommend him and his office to anyone.

I have been visiting Ronald Jones Pediatrics for over 2 years and the doctors are nice, but they are seriously understaffed and the wait times are ridiculous—I have had to wait an average of 45 minutes to an hour since our first appointment. I can understand doctors being behind in their appointments every now and then, but this has been a constant issue with Ronald Jones Pediatrics since day one. Today we had an appointment and after waiting over an hour decided to find another pediatrician.

DR. JONES IS A AA+ DR. HE IS THERE FOR HIS PATIENT AN MAKES SURE HIS PATIENT NEEDS ARE MET. HE LISTENS AND UNDERSTANDS. HES PATIENT LOVING AND A CAREING DR.

Very kind , helpful great dr for my children since they were little Very patient and answers all questions My kids love him and always leave happy Great staff too

Dr. Jones is inconsiderate and does not provide thoughtful, individualized care. His staff is completely rude and incompetent.
