Doctor Lau is an excellent doctor. He is professional, he listens, takes his time with the visits and he will call you back no matter what.He is informative and knowledgeable and cares for his patients. Hate that he left .

Friendly, courteous, and professional

Dr. Lau has been my doctor for over 30 years. He is an excellent doctor . The staff on the other hand is terrible. You have to call several times for them to pick up the phone. They are always talking among themselves and laughing. Very unprofessional. I had.what I thought was an 1:15 appointment and was told no it was 3:30. They asked if he could see me but unfortunately he was too busy. I,would not wait over 2 hours. There was never a call regarding my appointment before hand. I know that it was not a mistake on my part since I WROTE IT IMMEDIATELY ON MY CALENDAR. I am also getting bills for Dr. TERRANOVA whom I have never seen and have been trying to clear it up for over two months. I really believe that the office staff needs to be rehauled. Ever since RWJ took over it has been a disaster. You never see the same staff I.e nurses, etc. they are always changing them. Maybe someone should tell them how an office should be run.

Dr. Lau has been our family physician for many years. He is wonderful. He is calm, knowledgable, caring, never rushes you, very thorough, and understanding. He has taken very good care of us and we appreciate him very much. He’s the kind of doctor everyone should be lucky enough to have.

Terrible staff, Doctors lack of advocation or proactive advising of preventative care. - I tried to give the team grace, but I have been a patient of Dr. Laus, since before I was a young child. For some time, I was uninsured and did not schedule check-up appointments since I constantly was on the road with my job. When I finally got my heath care in order and moved back to this area, I tried to schedule an appointment. I was told by his (very unfriendly) staff, that I was no longer a patient of his and he would not accept me as a patient. My family still continues to go to his office, even though they are not happy. I have been advocating for them to find another doctor. They agree but do not know where to turn. Thank goodness I found healthgrades!

My wife and I were patients of Dr. Lau for at least a dozen years prior to our moving from Highland Park, NJ in Middlesex County to Fair Lawn in Bergen County in July, 2018. A few days ago, I had been feeling ill for close to a week but did not show symptoms of COVID-19, rather it appeared that I had a sinus infection. I was unable (despite several attempts) to reach my new meeical practice, Summit Medical Group here in Bergen County. My wife left a message for Dr. Lau. He called back about 30 minutes later and agreed to call in a prescription for Zithromax to our local pharmacy in Fair Lawn. I am now on my third day of taking the medication and am almost completely recovered. I am so grateful to Dr. Lau. He was always an excellent and caring doctor during the years that we were his patients.

Dr. Lau is very knowledgeable, patient and thorough. My family has been seeing him for about ten years. We totally trust him.

Dr. Ronald Lau has been our family physician for the last 8 years and he is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He is incredibly knowledgeable and intuitive, caring, compassionate and through. He never rushes and he always follows up. i cannot recommend him highly enough!

I would highly recommend Dr. Lau. He's very patient friendly, he takes the time to go over bloodwork, and addresses any concerns that you have. His staff is equally helpful.
