I appreciated Dr. Leonard’s thorough explanations before and after my colonoscopy.

So far rotten. I tried making appointment, did phone interview and was told to expect a call within 24 to 48 hrs. That was 8 days ago. My initial wait time was 19 minutes before I even spoke to anyone on phone.

Dr Leonard is good and I will give 4 stars to him. He takes time to explain things to patient. His diagnosis also seems OK but the office staff is absolutely terrible. I will try to look for alternatives just for that. You don't get call backs from office, the messages are not conveyed in time, its is hard to contact the Dr. You loose a lot of valuable time if you are the patient to try to figure out admin stuff. I really hope that changes.

Office staff is the worse I have seen. They are rude and even hang up the phone on you. I know an office can be busy but its no excuse for the rudeness and disrespectful attitude received from the Norristown location. Shawna is the only nice front office staff encountered. Even the doctor's assistant is abrasive, short tempered and rude. Staff does not care what you have to say or your opinion; not willing to listen to the patient or their family. Very unprofessional, needs improvement.

Dr. Leonard is excellent IF you can get through to him. His office Manager is rude, and actually told me I should find another Doctor because they were busy! WOW I have worked in Nursing since 1975 and never was treated so rudely in my life. I will find another Dr. and not because I have any complaint against Dr. Leonard- I do not . I actually enjoy my visits with him. I have been a regular customer for colonoscopy since age 36 ....sadly now I will go somewhere else. Dr. Leonard pay attention !

I will never recommend this office to anyone due to its staff. They are unprofessional and rude. I patiently waited 45 mins after my appt time assuming that the office was just busy. However, the staff simply forgot to look at the sign-in clip board & assumed I was a no show. I then watched them dig my paperwork out of the trash when the doctor pointed out that there were still patients in the waiting room. Not a single apology from the staff. Being busy is not an excuse for incompetence.
