Very expensive charge
I had two visits and got charged as twice as another place. But as result, he did not treat my problem well.

He did not seem to care about his patient and did not help at all. Problems were not solved after two visits. Had to go to someone else.

The worst experience. He did not help, was not professional, no eye contact, no communication, then overcharged me for a procedure I did not ask for / want. He should retire. Save yourself time and money and go to see a different doctor.

Shocked by the bill!! In addition to the expected charge for an office visit, dr. Li charged $94 to remove a piece of cotton from my ear! I put cotton in my ears every morning after my shower to absorb the water. I had simply forgotten to remove it before going to my appointment. Remarkable that this was not included as part of the office visit, but rather, was an additional charge!!! !

Dr. Ronald Li is an excellent physician. He performed surgery on my inner cheek. He explained the procedure to me and was very gentle. I did not feel any pain. He put stitches in and no pain during or after the surgery. ***HE IS EXCEPTIONAL IN HIS CARE. HE HIMSELF CALLED ME THE NEXT DAY TO FIND OUT HOW I WAS FEELING. DOCTORS DON'T DO THIS ANYMORE... BUT HE DID! WHAT A MENSCH!

Went to Dr. Li 4 different times and this the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. Wait time was ridiculous, and he left the room twice during the actual appointment. Patient care is non existent, he did not seem to have any sort of chart from my past appointments and every appt I had to re-explain why he was seeing me. Did not advise me on next steps just gave option of antibiotics or surgery and could not explain the surgery to me or why I should have it. Very unprofessional.

Not impressed with how the office is run. Examples: Receptionist is very aloof and not friendly at all. Nurse staff is the best. All in all, i do not feel proper respect is shown to patients in the form of providing proper explanation as well as appropriate use of time. I had a follow up appointment to get results of an MRI. Waited for 35 minutes while the Doctor reviewed the results and then 2 min when he came in to tell me everything was fine. See you next year. Really?
