He's not accepting new patients
He is able to recall all aspects of my many issues, and he is treating me for quite a few. He also is very fast at responding to refill requests, and since he has his office setup to be a one man operation, he probably wasn't taking new patients last year when the prior review was left, so it should be taken down. There are several doctors in Orlando, so why would one person leave a bad review for not having the knowledge of how to make an appointment online, as is his process, and learn he doesn't take insurance or new patients, as his portal informs new patients. It seems like they wanted to try to talk him into taking them in, and he is smart enough to avoid being put in that situation (because he is such a nice man). I've been treating with Dr Mallonee for 10 years, and respect his ability to manage multiple tasks on his own, and not missing one appointment in all this time. He's rarely behind either, and if he is, it's because he's too nice to rush anyone out of the treatment room

Can’t Get Into See the Dr.
I read all these great reviews and I spoke with a number of his patients who all sang his praises. I sincerely believe that Dr. Mallonee could really help me, but he rejected every request I sent to him to schedule an appointment. This is why people don’t look for help. I’m desperate.

Dr. Mallonee had a good bedside manner! He listens to the patient and asks questions to determine what procedure is needed to help the patient. He is our family physician! We are very pleased with him!

I have been a patient of Dr. Mallonee and he is very professional, compassionate, and his expertise in medicine helped make my life possible again. I have absolute trust in his knowledge, and utmost respect for his understanding of our diagnosis and treatment. Hes got a great sense of humor, and overall thorough professional office with timely mannered visits. I reccomend that if scheduling a visit be courteous to arrive on time only because Dr. Mallonee is very efficient and I have rarely seen him have help in the office. Always a pleasant visit. - Jason W.
