Amazing doctor!!
Dr. Pelton is one of the most personable physicians I've ever had the pleasure of treating me. He is not worried about anything other than the patient's best interest. He took the time to explain all my options and was patient with me while I decided what I wanted to do. The surgery was seamless and the recovery is almost nonexistent!! He even gives every patient his personal cell phone number in case you need to reach him after hours. He is the BEST!!! (I don't understand the rest of these reviews)

Consult and surgery experience made so pleasant
From the consult to the surgery to the follow up appointment, this doctor, his office staff, and the surgery center crew were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. All made me feel comfortable and that I was in excellent and expert hands. Dr. Pelton is a precise and incredible surgeon. Following the office's explicit after surgery instructions made my recovery quick and successful. Thank you to all.

From the front desk to the doctor
A front office staff that is not happy or kind is always a red flag. Dr pelton was short, rude, and treated me like I was ordering pizza. Planning a surgery… apparently so routine to them that I felt like I was annoying to them just being there. I wrote this feedback in a private email to the patient coordinator… but was never contacted back.

My experience was EXCELLENT. Dr. Pelton took wonderful care of me and my husband (who is also a doctor) was also very impressed by the staff, the care I received and the overall professionalism demonstrated in the office. My procedure went smoothly and the results are fabulous.

Dr. Pelton and his team made my surgical experience an excellent one. Their understanding and caring kept me comfortable and informed throughout the process, including their office and The Surgery Center at Kissing Camels. Both his office and the surgery center gave me 5-star care and follow-up.

This review is based upon Dr. Pelton's professionalism; not on his care. Dr. Pelton returned a phone call when he wasn't on call, and then, a few hours later, called again to find out how I was, and even consulted with the ER doctor. I was impressed that Dr. Pelton called the second time. I had a medical eye emergency. When my husband called my eye doctor (Friday, after hours), he got a recording to press 1 for an emergency and was routed to a Davita call center. Davita gave my husband Dr. Pelton's phone number because they had him listed as the on-call doctor. It turns out that Dr. Pelton was out of state and was not the doctor on call. However, he returned my husband's phone call, and a few hours later, called again to check up on me. The doctor who WAS on call, never called us back. I would definitely recommend Dr. Pelton based on the fact that I think he cares about people, even when they aren't his patients. I just might have to switch eye doctors!

I was referred to Dr. Pelton from Dr. Tanabe. I was nervous about going to Dr. Pelton because of the reviews on this website. However, I trusted Dr. Tanabe's referral. Very glad I did so. First, the from office atmosphere is very welcoming, like a living room. The front receptionist put me right at ease with a personal story about her positive experience with Dr. Pelton. All the staff I encountered were very professional and kind. Second, when I went into the back office both Dr. Pelton and his assistant explained their processes to me ask they performed them. Dr. Pelton had a gentle hand in giving me numbing injections and explained to me as he was giving me the injections. He also explained the healing process and everything has been spot on for the minor surgery performed to remove growth on my eyelid. Dr. Pelton is a skilled, professional, talented doctor. I appreciate Dr. Pelton's work. Thank you Dr. Pelton and staff. Mrs. Fishel

Dr. Pelton and his staff were AMAZING! He had to cut out pieces of my upper eyelid and lower eye skin in very visible and sensitive areas. Could have been a disaster but he was so kind and took the time to chat and did a phenomenal job. No pain during the procedure and it healed beautifully where you can't even see where the cuts were! His stitches were so tiny and delicate you could hardly see the actual stiches when he was done! I will go back if I need anything again and highly recommend!

I was having trouble with my eye, being swollen and seemed larger than the other. Dr. Pelton was the only eye doctor that was able to see me the same day. From the moment you walk in, the staff is professional and very nice. I read another review from someone that said, "Dr. Pelton was arrogant, etc"...I find that unbelievable. He was very genuine, kind and professional. I would highly recommend him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ronald W. Pelton M.D., PhD for several years now. Dr. Pelton is always kind, professional, and attentive. His office is state of the art, clean, and spacious. The women in the office, from those who greet me at the door to Dr. Pelton's assistants, always make me feel welcome. It's more like I am visiting "family" than going to see my doctor! I would highly recommend Dr. Pelton and have always been 100% satisfied. Carla Faith

Horrible. I was not the actual patient but my dad was. This doctor is the most arrogant I've ever met. Rude every time we met. Condescending over the phone when we called concerned about the healing process. Made derogatory comments and was less than caring. I would NEVER let a loved one visit this office. Ever. We won't be back. And we will also be reporting him for his less than professional attitude.
