Dr Pruitt is by far the best gastroenterologist. He listens to his patients and goes beyond to help them. I have been so blessed to have him as my gastroenterologist.

Avoid if you can
I was treated like a nobody. I've had significant weight loss along with GI issues and was referred to Dr. Pruitt. I thought I would get some answers as to what I've been dealing with but I didn't. I've been in pain and miserable for months and I just keep being brushed off. Avoid this place if you can.

Poor response from physician and staff. Ongoing severe abdominal pain with no follow up after multiple calls request for help. Multiple emergency room visits with diagnosis by another physician and facility 4 months later.

I just left Doctor Pruitt's office after an endoscopy and it took no time at all. No pain at all and nothing to worry about but I just wanted to let everybody knowthat doctor Pruitt isn't exceptional specialist in his department and I would highly recommend him to anyone with gastrointestinal / endoscopy needs! His team is very well organized and the treatment area was very clean as well.

Highly Unlikely, refused to provide refill RX for maintenance medication to a patient he knew needed it that had already paid him over 2 thousand dollars cash out of pocket. Highly distressing and unprofessional. Has hipster delusions and a twisted nurse that should have retired long ago. Avoid at all cost. A dirty outdated unkempt office. Figures.

Great experience (twice now) considering the nature of the appointment. Very kind and professional Doctor. Staff is also very kind, professional, and made me feel relaxed. It would be more convenient to go a GI doctor in my town, but worth the drive!

I didn't even get as far as a consultation with Dr. Pruitt because his front office was so unhelpful. In what world does a doctor expect to schedule a procedure without offering an out-of-pocket cost estimate? I was told to contact my insurance company. I'll be taking my business elsewhere, thanks.

My mother became his patient in the hospital. She went from there to rehab. The nurse practitioner tried on several occasions to call him for a consult. He never returned her calls. Finally, she scheduled an office visit. We went to the appointment. He was an hour late. He came in there with a chip on his shoulder . He is not a good communicator, rude, and is not compassionate. We left the appointment with 0 help. We won't be going back and have already found another doctor. 0 rating
