Saved My Brother's Life
Found colon cancer in my brother in 2014. Have gone to him for my checkups bi-annually and found him to be open and honest. He has earned my trust.

My wife & I have known / been patients of Ron for maybe 35 years. We've followed him around as he's moved offices. Like the other positive reviews, Ron indeed may comes across as crusty on the outside but he's a fast-talking brilliant gastroenterologist; and once you get to know him you'll discover his sense of humor, love of life & patients. Gary is an ex-Navy nurse who works with Ron. Also top-shelf guy. Two stars are taken off due to the women currently working the front office: they need to be replaced. Scheduling, response to calls and follow-up on tests are abysmal (unless you get to Gary). Often they just transfer your calls to voicemail as you hear them chatting & laughing in the background. Ron has a lot of patients. We get it. But treating patients as if they are an inconvenience is inexcusable. For that reason we are considering finding another gastroenterologist closer to our home.

Dr Rance stayed with it until he found what is wrong with me. I have a very rare condition and I was able to start working again under Dr Rance’s care. I trust him completely, he is a wonderful doctor and tells it how it is. I would put my life in his hands if needed.
