I was within a few days of exhausting my 30 day supply of anxiety meds and called his office and was told "WERE VERY BUSY AND YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE OFFICE CALLS YOU TO COME PICK UP THE PRESCRIPTION". I called the next day in the afternoon and was told "DR. TROUT HAS DENIED YOUR REFILL" I informed them to please remind Trout that the medication was for anxiety and prevention of panic attacks and I was aware of detrimental side effects with abruptly stopping taking this medication and asked him to call me with an explanation of why he was denying the refill and to please consider the side effects of abruptly stopping. NO CALL WAS RECEIVED. I have every intention in bringing this matter to all appropriate authorities that govern Medical Ethics.

I've been seeing Dr. Trout for about 15 years. He's extremely friendly and takes his time with you. I've never once felt rushed when I was there. He's a wonderful Dr and the whole staff is amazing.
