I do recommend him as a doctor -NOT his staff!
We really like Dr. Williams, and believe he is a top notch doctor. However, his staff is TERRIBLE!!! His nurse does NOT return phone calls and is VERY unprofessional. His staff is unprofessional. At any given moment anyone in his office can hear the staff 'playing around', laughing, and talking about other patients by first and last name in front of other patients. UNPROFESSIONAL!! As I said, Dr. Williams is great, but he WILL lose patients with a staff like he currently has!
