Dr. Lin was professional and put my mind at ease before the procedure. The vasectomy went smoothly. Highly recommend.

After my first Lithotripsy treatment on April 17, the Dr. told me he got 80% of my nearly one inch stone. I was dismayed to find out from MyChart that my follow up xray showed that the stone only decreased in size from 2.8 centimeters to 2.6 centimeters, which is hardly 80%. A second procedure was done on Friday, May 1 and he never had a follow up conversation with me to find out if the procedure was successful. When I called the office on Monday, he told his nurse that he talked with me and my husband. That was not true. I still don't know the results of that procedure. I found a new Dr. and now I have to go through two more surgeries because the first two did not work...this time with a more invasive procedure and aggressive laser machine. When I told the Dr. about my concerns in having the second procedure because of a neurological condition, he was surprised that I have a neurological disease at all, which showed me that he wasn't even familiar with my medical history.

He seemed more interested in my wife than my kidney stones. Didnโ€™t even come to recovery and follow up after lithotripsy. Got an infection after putting in a stent (maybe not his fault but came to find giving antibiotics after was common practice). No idea if my stones are gone, he only wanted to chit-chat about my wifeโ€™s age when calling to find out. My teenโ€™s room is cleaner than the Natrona office. If symptoms return Iโ€™ll be finding a different urologist.

Very knowledgeable and will answer any questions you have. Dr. Lin was polite and relaxed with a good sense of humor, and took a lot of time to explain things.

He said he couldn't "help me" on my follow up appointment. When I asked what to do he couldn't recommend any other urologist and photo copied me the 1st 2 pages out if the urologist book he had. I pleaded for any advice or info I could get but he wasn't willing to help or even try after the 2 five minute examinations I had
